**Terrible Experience - Absolutely NOT Recommended** I usually don't leave reviews, but our experience at **Hotel Decent on Halol Road, Vadodara** was so awful that I felt it was necessary to warn others. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is anything but "decent." First off, the **communication from the staff was absolutely pathetic**. Me and my entire friend circle were met with blank stares and rude attitudes whenever we asked simple questions - whether it was about our rooms, food availability, or basic services. It felt like we were bothering them just by existing there. There was **no courtesy, no hospitality, and definitely no professionalism**. And don't even get me started on the **waiter**. One of the most **arrogant and nonsense people** I've encountered in the service industry. Instead of being helpful or polite, he was **rude, careless, and borderline disrespectful**. We had to ask multiple times for water, menus, and other basic things - and still got attitude in return. It felt like he was doing us a huge favor by just showing up. It's honestly shocking how someone like that is allowed to deal with guests. The place itself is not great either. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the washroom had a weird smell, and there were issues with basic amenities like hot water. We had come for a chill weekend with friends, but **ended up regretting choosing this hotel**. If you're expecting even a basic level of service or respect - look elsewhere. This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. **Untrained staff, rude behavior, zero communication skills, and absolutely no value for guests**. I'm genuinely surprised this hotel is still running with this level of service.

I had dinner at the [DECENT HOTEL] restaurant during my stay, and it was an absolute delight. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood for a relaxed evening. The menu offered a wide range of options, from local specialties to international favorites. I ordered the [SAHI PANEER], which was cooked to perfection -- flavorful, beautifully presented, and served at the right temperature. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality.

We had an absolutely fantastic Kathiyawadi lunch here while coming back from Pavagarh. Came here after finding out that the fabled Hotel Sarvottam doesn't serve Gujarati gmfood which was a huge shock! But Hotel Legend's food made up for that disappointment with the lip smacking taste and gracious service by the entire staff. We would be definitely going back again.
