They drive safely and are very knowledgeable of the roads and attractions around India including airport drop-off and collections. The car is always in fantastic condition and they are always there to assist us when needed. I would highly recommend.

I travelled with Ismailbhai recently and entire journey was memorable the way he made his client comfortable is truly remarkable throughout the way there were no bumpy rides as if the drive was on smoothly done. Even he made it a point we being vegetarian he halted at Vegetarian restaurant with decent crowd.

Ismail and his dad Salim Bhai of Multani travels are extremely reliable. They go beyond the call of duty, very friendly, compassionate and helpful. We were recently travelling to Mumbai airport, running late, and had travelled 45 minutes and realized that we forgot one of our bags, Ismail stayed very calm and returned back to our town to pick up the bag and then with his vast knowledge of routes and his driving efficiency got us to the airport on time. He also called to make sure, we got on the flight. On a different occasion, we forgot to book a cab and called Ismail from the Thailand airport as we are boarding our flight to Mumbai by the time we landed in Mumbai Ismail was there with his big smile to pick us up at the airport. When we are traveling with them we feel so comfortable as we are travelling with our family member. We are extremely grateful . Even though we are traveling with them for so many years and they are so good everytime we travel but above two incident were beyond expectation. Me and my family extremely recommend them.
