The food quality was poor, with tasteless dishes and a lack of variety that failed to meet expectations. The staff's behavior was another major issue, as they were unprofessional and rude, showing little care for the guests or the event. The banquet hall was inadequate for hosting any significant occasion - it was cramped and lacked the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Overall, the service and atmosphere were not up to par, and I deeply regret choosing this hotel for the party. I would not recommend Hotel Zaika to anyone looking for quality food, service, or a proper venue for events.

Terrible Experience at Zaika Hotel We chose Zaika Hotel for a close friend's anniversary dinner, expecting a pleasant evening, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The staff was untrained and served cold food, which was unacceptable for a special occasion. When we brought this to their attention, the response was even more shocking--the owner handled the complaint in an unprofessional manner and failed to provide any proper resolution. The lack of hospitality and customer service was truly disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
