Lords Plaza Surat

I had a wonderful experience at lords plaza. The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a variety of delicious options, including omelets, South Indian dishes, Gujarati specialties, and farsan, The food was absolutely fabulous! Housekeeping cleanliness was good and very well maintain this property, The service was exceptional, making me feel right at home. A special mention to Mr.Ajay Raval, whose kindness and hospitality were mind-blowing. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the top-notch food quality, made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for an excellent dining experience and outstanding service!

Lords plaza hotel is close to the Surat Railway station and the station can been seen from the room too. The surroundings are quite & peaceful around the hotel. This is more of an business than an leisure hotel, though ours was an vacation trip to Surat and we had booked room. Rooms were quite clean and bed linens were fresh. Overall ambience was above our expectations considering the hotel is an pocket friendly hotel. Breakfast spread was nice and food was tasty, even room service was pretty fast and whatever we ordered seemed fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely visit again as my experience was amazing. Especially I would like say thanks Mr.Raval for cooperative us.

Strategically located between the diamond working area and the textile sales area. Close to the railway station too. The Lords group is excelling in their hospitality. Thee Lords Plaza Surat is an evidence of the same. Tight from the smooth check in to the soft and welcoming discussions the first impression is good. The Coriander rwstaurent has an excellent spread for the breakfast. The suggestions, the fragrance.and flavour for lunch were also excellent. The rooms are spacious with useful amenities.

I love the place kinda wanna back there absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The scenery is breathtaking, and the food was delicious. I had such a great experience and would love to come back again soon! I had a wonderful stay here at lords plaza for over a month, and I must say the housekeeping service was truly exceptional. The room was always spotless, fresh, and well-stocked with essentials thanks to the dedication and attention to detail of the housekeeping team. A big thank you to Mr.Ajay & team for going above and beyond every day. They were always courteous, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their hard work and warm attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who appreciates a clean and comfortable stay with outstanding service!

Lords Plaza is one of the best hotels at Surat situated at very calm and quiet place. Room Service is very supportive and flexible. Food is good. Swimming pool is accessible through out a day, also very clean and hygenic. Water is changed in a regular interval. Very close to Railway Station. Easily Transportation available. One of the staffs Raval is very supportive. Especially I would like say thanks Mr.Ajay Raval for cooperating with us...

A Quality Hotel iIn Every Scene. Large room and bathroom, Beautifully Appointed And Spotless. The Food Was excellent, Staff And Service Was Top Class And I like Every Staff behaviour,They All Very Friendly Also Helpful, The Housekeeping Cleanliness Was Up The Mark The Hote Location Also Not far From Railway Station And Bu Stand Just 5 Min Away Only, Especially I Would Like Say Thanks Mr.Ajay Raval ji For CoOprativs Us

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended at All! Our stay at Hotel Lords Plaza was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the start, the service was absolutely pathetic. The AC in the room wasn't working, and even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. We had to spend our nights sweating in discomfort. On top of that, basic amenities like dental kits and shaving kits were not provided, which was shocking for a hotel that claims to be of decent standards. The restaurant service was equally terrible. Cutlery was never given unless we asked multiple times, and even then, the response was sluggish. They served the finger bowl ice cold - clearly, they have no understanding of basic dining etiquette. The room itself was in horrible condition. The bed had a spring poking out, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. This hotel completely spoiled our vacation. It's highly mismanaged, poorly maintained, and customer service is almost non-existent. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not recommended under any circumstances.
