We have visited 3 person for dinner and food was so bad ... next day we suffer vomiting so bad

The hotel owner sits at the reception. Completely unprofessional and an opportunist approach to customers.||I stayed for 2 nights with my parents and wife - 2 rooms. |I paid the FULL amount - Rs. 8,500 for 2 rooms, 2 nights, 4 persons - inclusive of Breakfast. |That same evening, I requested cancellation of breakfast for my room, which the owner refused to accept and did not return my money. |I had no choice but to accept this unprofessional loss of my money. |The next 2 days, my parents had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but the hotel did not make any proper breakfast arrangements. ||The rooms are clean though. ||I would recommend to check any other hotel in Jetpur, other than this, due to the approach of the owner

Services is very poor as per price room water is always cold heater is not working since below 1 star rating is not there this is given inspire of taking 5 room staff is not good

I have been visiting Jetpur every year since past 20 years and have stayed at several hotels. This hotel is so far the best. ||The room & bathroom were reasonably clean. Bed & Linens are of acceptable standards. The front desk guys are friendly. ||It is a good hotel for Business visit and for transiting passengers.

We had an engagement party of my brother here. It was greatly arranged, rooms were good, food service arranged here was good. Around 200 - 300 people can easily be present in their hall. It was overall a good experience.

Everything apart temperature of banquet hall's AC can maintained well.

My experience in that hotel was really bad the owner & manager don't know how to treat a person the speaking pitch & over ego in those person's gives a baddest experience I never had in that type of hotel please don't visit in that hotel ....our trip got ruined by visiting that hotel we check in late night and got 0% services and we check out immediately in late night with my whole family please don't visit
