Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at this hotel for one night and was quoted 4,200 with breakfast included. However, the next morning, I was shocked to find that breakfast actually cost 270 per person. The so-called buffet had only 3-4 basic dishes, including bread and butter. On top of that, they limited the food portions, refusing to serve any dish more than once! To make things worse, I accidentally left some belongings in the room. When I called to request a courier service, they demanded extra payment, which I agreed to. However, they took six days to send it, and the staff member handling the request was extremely rude. When I finally received the parcel, I noticed the actual courier receipt was for 50, yet they charged me 150, claiming it included "petrol charges." This is a third-class hotel with horrible service. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and has no idea how to treat customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel--you'd be better off staying at an ashram than dealing with this nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

You all have gone that extra mile and provided us all the comfort. Our entire group of more than 50 people is really amazed by your service. You have always been on your toes to ensure that our entire experience is memorable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The dining area and lawn is also quite spacious and impressive. Rooms were good. Paid food(dinner) was average and complimentary breakfast was horrible. They served us Idlys which looked like a leftover of previous day, just re heated and served. We refused it and they served chole bhature which was average in taste. Cut fruits which they served weren't fresh. Looked like refrigerated for a long time. Overall breakfast was not good. Wait time was long.

We stayed here for a day while on the way to Amdavad from Somnath. Rooms are pretty decent and well maintained. Location is slightly off the city. Our only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast they offered next morning.

Greetings from Chandrama Holidays! We were a group of 54 people who stayed at the Greenland Hotel for three nights. Our experience was very positive. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was incredibly supportive, especially Arjun. He was very friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a great place to stay. Thanks to the hotel staff, our journey went very well.
