Recently I visit in william john's pizza but I m not satisfied from servic nd food too much waiting for served when this started that time very good service nd food but after not good service

Worst experience ever !!! I have been visiting william johns since last 2-3 years but, In my recently visit to the william johns the experience was very vad. Today, in our family function i visited Willian johns again and during having their pizza i found a small ant there. I didn't expected this much bad hygiene. There are many alternatives to try rather than having this unhygienic pizzas.

William John's Pizza offers a pleasant environment and a good vibe overall, enhanced by some nice background music that sets a comfortable tone for dining. However, the lunch pack experience could use some improvements. Many of the starter items arrive cold, as though they were prepared an hour before being served. While the seven-cheese pizza stands out with its delicious blend, the "crunchy cheese blast pizza" lacks depth in flavor and doesn't quite hit the mark. The garlic bread is also just average--nothing memorable there. Overall, there's potential here, but a few adjustments would elevate the dining experience significantly.

Worst quality of service.taking longer time to serve n d most important thing is no cleaning staff as well.threy do not bother about customer satisfaction.no POS machine available for card payment.i do not recomend dis willium jhons kadi outlet for family n indivudual.

Worst place to eat food, they not even fill up all salad also not clean the flore and table properly. They don't even answer properly to us when we told them to refill the salad. The staff is very rude..

Ok, so I had the unlimited pack and the food was DELICIOUS. But, the only problem was, the service was too slow. At first the food came fast but then slowed down.

It was crowded although the next day was public holiday so we can understand but then also they didn't attended their customers properly and also the service were damn slow for a franchise like this and also never try their cheese burst when there is too much crowd cause there was no cheese in cheese burst so I will highly recommend that if you are a food lover than you can visit this once and try some things only.
