Poor managing staff, arrogant and incompetent. They don't listen to suggestions. Requested repeatedly to put handwash in prior visits and today also, still not provided. It will cost appx 1200 rs for kathiyawadi food for 4 people, still poor service and hygiene.

Definitely a must visit place if you're in around this area. Food is amazing considering the prices. Service is also good. Must try their special Dhosa Visited again on 31/05/25 And the experience was totally opposite. Service and quality degraded drastically. Their one of the best selling item Dosa was not available. Tandoori rotis were not chewable. AC were not working on the month of May. I hope they take some lesson and improve their quality and service as they're up to before few years.

We were 30 person took dinner very poor service, tasteless food Never visit again Gopal Hotel. paneer tikka sabji in water base instead of oil, Dal fry is very tasteless, we seat 3 to 4 person per table , waiter put 10 roti chapati & 5 roti tanduri instead of 1 by 1 serve, Review is below 1

It was very poor experience out there bcz when I asked for toast with tomato soup then he served burnt toast n when I asked to change then he started explaining that toast is not served with soup... I was really speechless n just walked away just after that bcz these guys dont have any sense to how to talk with customers. Theme n all is gud but we guys go there to have good food n some respect but according to me they dont have any of it. So I highly suggest to NOT STOP BY, You will get many good restaurants nearby.

It's good and very nice place. Service very good and excellent. Food test in very tested and yummy, and quality and quantity is very excellent. And place is very nice and Interesting place. This place is very interested. My opinion is it's very nice and Comfortable for family and small children place is Awesome.

Real test of the kathiyawadi food. there have numbers of variety in pickles and spices. and good parking facility too. ambiance in hotel is pleasant.
