Heritage Khirasara Palace

I stayed here for 2 nights from 20-22nd Mar. The hotel is app 20 kms from city. Which takes around 40 mins app to reach Hotel. Hotel gives a vibes of Heritage Property. Rooms are spacious. Cons : 1. Pathetic service. Night there was one Party wherein the loud speaker where blowing full throttle till Midnight. Certain guests complaint including me. They were not ready to stop. Only assurance first till 10:30 than 11 than 12 finally after complaint they stopped. 2. Intercom doesn't works. Mobile number was given which they don't pick. To order food in room number is different. Which they keep on passing to other person. Probably they don't understand language. 3. Attitude: After good number complaint they say Jo karna h kar lo. Every manager is there in own. Name : Mr Surendra. Mr. Binod.

Khirasara Heritage Palace is an absolutely stunning place that beautifully blends royal charm with modern comfort. The architecture is breathtaking, with intricate designs and a majestic ambiance that truly makes you feel like royalty. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing or taking memorable photos. The hospitality is warm and welcoming, and the entire experience feels luxurious from start to finish.

It used to be a great place. My last visit has been disappointing. It seems like either staff is not trained or they were absent minded. Would request team to buck up and bring good service back. Food taste has dropped a bit but that can be managed.

After my check out, two hours later I got call from the reception saying that in room one of cushions is missing..He was just claiming that we have stolen the cushion.. Can you believe, who have spent around 20k in a day in your resort, can steal cushion having with Rs. 300-400..??? I am just still wondering on terrible behavior of untrained resort staff They have sheering insulted us.. Further, the Property is good but room is not upto the mark at my room there is no wardrobe. And other room in which my parents were stayed there is no sufficient light.. Room service is very bad.. Some staffs. are not helpful. Restaurant is also not having sufficient light for taking pics..

Absolutely amazing and beautiful place. Dinner is good inside the Sheesh Mahal hotel. There is absolute peace and Royal filling with the family.

Worst Experience Ever The food was absolutely terrible--worst I've ever had. Overpriced for the poor taste and quality. The service was equally disappointing and did not match the high prices. The only redeeming feature is the property itself, which is nice, but that's not enough to make up for the bad experience. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for food.

People make up a place. That is where this place took a hit with ratings from me. Recommended by a local for a good experience, I visited it with a friend travelling across the city to reach a beautiful place alright. The ambience especially their old world feel and lights is what is responsible for the stars that I give. They claimed to have 2 restaurants, but only one seemed functional. Despite the royal name, it is a vegetarian only thanks to a 500 year old temple in the premises. Well, one can digest that if the staff and their recommendations would have some legacy to it too. The staff was disinterested, had no recommendations when one asked for their inhouse specials. We had dahi ke kebab- made from hung curd and kathiawadi dhokdi with steamed rice and a mango lassi. The dahi ke kebab were a show stealer. Bound with perfection and laced with an array of capsicum sliced thin enough not to offend any palate with a surprise dash of green cardamom. This could indeed be their special or signature dish only if they cared! The rest was nothing to write home about. The whole place was over staffed with people lost in their mobile phones all around and many staff members just standing and chitchatting in the restaurant. A tad bit of an off-putting element. If the management cares enough, the place can possibly be more fruitful and purposeful than just the wedding locale. I think it must be great for weddings. As a one night stand that I had with the place, well 'almost there but not' kind of feeling! Not sure if I would like to visit again! But can suggest that the readers visit it for the ambience atleast once if not food!

Overall nice experience, staff attitude is very polite and humble. Location is awasome... Garden area is very very nice .. One thing which can more better is swiming pool. Swiming pool is very small .
