I had a very bad experience at this resort. There were no proper facilities available. The food quality was extremely poor and did not match what was mentioned on the menu. Additionally, the staff was very arrogant and rude in their behavior. Not recommended to visit this place.

It is totally disgusting to go swimming there, Almost the told us three times to go back because of the non-functioning pool, and the coordination between the staff is not matching, we called 3 4 staff, for permission and confirmation, some saying good times is open and some saying not functional, for that we have been awaited almost 2 hours. Then we left with deep sadness, we were 5 friends, this instance happens to us almost 4 times. So it's better to take a shower in the bathroom rather than waiting to take a swim especially in that worst naming GOOD TIMES VILLA.

This was an absolutely terrible dining experience, solely because of Sandeep, the manager. His behavior was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. He clearly has no idea how to treat customers; it felt like he wanted to be unpleasant. His attitude ruined everything. Avoid this place if Sandeep is around. though the dine resort was empty he intially refused to get the entry done as ased for prior advance booking 3-4 days before for having food ..woowwww

Bad experience with staffs behaviour. Also in high tea they have served chopped vegetables sandwich. Like who provide vegetable sandwich in High Tea. Also High tea was having only tea and sandwich that's it. And the major part is tea looks like coffee. They didn't added enough tea leafs also seems no sugar in the tea. We have to ask for coffee and milk for kids, after 15 min they are providing. We asked for sugar 3 times then they have provided. Also in lunch they are lacking with serving roties, also arguing with us on gulabjambu. Veg sabji was not well prepared, water was coming out of the sabji. Cycles does not have enough air in tyres. Now let's come to gym, we're in gym and the staff came and told that gym time is over. What!! there isn't anything mentioned about the same and the funny part they have locked the gym once we came out of it. There was one electric van for transport within the property, we asked them to drop us to club house. They simply denied and told this is for owner only. Letter we saw that van was getting used for many people who came to check the property for some event. Such partiality should be avoided. Overall place seems okay but staff is less, unprofessional, doesn't belong to hospitality background. There were only 30-40 people the day when we visited. Suppose if more rush will be there then there will be chaos or disaster. One humble request to management, kindly increase your staff count and add some quality staff who knows how to talk with the guests.

It is an absolute disgrace to read biased one-sided negative reviews about this property. 1. The staff is very co-operative and professional. If someone has a utopian expectation and thinking that everything is bought with Rs. 1500 for half day, it ought to get shattered. 2. This is a rural area and electricity is not in control of the builder. Imagine a scenario where guests visit your house and electricity is cut off. Will your guests blame you for not having electricity ? It is definitely not in the interest of anyone and no business would want that. You should inquire about planned power cuts and that shall be responded. You may inquire and visit other resorts which provide 100% power back up in Rs. 1500 with food. 3. I saw a complaint about a water getting served in plastic cups and having few glass around. The property is generally visited by groups and the water jugs are kept outside of the restaurant for self-service to those who are enjoying swimming pool and playing around. If you'd ask someone in the restaurant, they'd serve water in a glass with a smile. It is an efficient system for everyone's benefit and the people who expect the staff to tail them all the time shall be disappointed. 4. There were complaints about broken games and sports equipments and I agree with that. There have been irresponsible visitors and they steal and break the equipments which are expected to be handled with responsibility. The staff must take a deposit fee and charge the visitors in case they damage any of it. 5. The bathroom and soap dispenser are maintained and one can see a log being recorded at the back of the door in a paper. If you do not see it, you should ask it from a staff member and I am sure you'd be helped. 6. There was a complaint about a villa being sold with dampness. "Seelan" is natural and the builder is not selling any villa with it. There are houses owned by happy residents and you might have visited the one up for re-sale. You can discuss the condition of repairing the dampness and then buy it. The tour of the property is given for the houses open for re-sale and the show houses. If you are going to be the first owner, the builder will definitely get it repaired. Just because it is an expensive villa doesn't mean that it is nature-proof. 7. There was a complaint about swimming pool. The pool is open for certain time as per the notice in the club house and can change as per the maintenance schedule. If you are specifically going there to be in the water, you can confirm the timings before booking. The water treatment plant is just next to the pool and water gets treated regularly. If you still find any object or insect which could harm you, avoid entering or you should take a help from a staff member. You can't stop them from entering the water. 8. There was a complaint for not getting briefed about the amenities. Generally, the property is visited after looking at the amenities only. There are maps and markings all around the property and in the club house. A group member can talk with staff and get acquainted about the property. While being briefed about the DOs and DONTs, you can ask about the amenities but you cannot expect a guided tour of the property for the whole group. I frequent the property and of the opinion that if we have a realistic expectation for the price paid and behave responsibly, it is an abode to enjoy with lush green surroundings, peacocks dancing in your vicinity in an ayurvedic garden, while your kids play on a grass covered children's play area, parents scooting around in a golf car, youngsters playing cricket and nerds reading books while a group enjoying IPL in a theatre next to it. It is a well maintained property and defaming it would be an injustice to the residents staying inside and to the staff working hard to keep it like that. You do not need to pay 1500 to see what is right and what is wrong. You can visit the society for free and sit there for a while and enjoy the silence for which it has been contructed.
