Visited for the third time, and the experience has declined. Nearly 25% of the unlimited menu was unavailable, with no clear explanation. Staff behavior--especially at the entrance--was rude and untrained. The owner was present but unhelpful, unaware of item availability. Food quality was average and not worth the price. Disappointing overall, not recommended. It was worst experience. Charging full price for the unlimited and half of the unlimited food plates was empty and after requesting also they were not refilling. Staff is too less as per the tables. Cold drink was also normal temperature and not chilled .... Too bad experience with the franchise... After complaining they did 100 rs less in the bill which was not worth it. I will not pay half amount also...

AC was not working. Staff untrained. Food was not at all okay. Food Items were cold. No one to attend you, you have to keep looking for someone for your orders. No hygiene.Fries were pathetic. I will never recommend anyone.No body know their role.Mis-managemnet owner keeps checking the food but he has no idea about anything.
