Good Test, a must try if you're in Palanpur and wanted to try some local food, they serve Pakwan in morning and at evening they serve kachori. They are well-known for their pakwan.
Dal-pakwan is awesome and tasty. I have tried Dal pakwan at many places in different cities. But this one is best after Rajkot one. Taste is good. You must try it.
