Hotel The Grand Piano Patan

Great hospitality and value for money. Stayed here for two nights. Had very good experience. Recommending for Cleanliness, Taste of food and extra care for my small kid and elderly patents. Thank you Team Grand Piano.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Piano Hotel in Patan. The room was big, clean, bed super comfortable, ac, everything worked well. The restaurant was also very good with a good selection of delicious veg food. The terrace was also great for the view. An excellent address in Patan

The Grand Piano Hotel in Patan was excellent. Large room, very comfortable bed, clean, all you need provided, good restaurant with excellent service and veg food and the terrace provided a great view. It was quiet in the room. Location was great. An excellent address in Patan for stay and food

The staff is very humble and friendly. We loved the hospitality of the people. The food was also very good and tasty. Breakfast did not have much options but was good. The rooms were clean. Location is near Rani ki vav. Overall a plesant experience inspite of scorching heat.

The experience started out well; however, it went downhill really fast. Check in was smooth. They took the luggage to the rooms and things seemed fine. We had breakfast the next day and it was tasty. ||||The second or third day, we were told as we were leaving the front door that we have to change rooms. We were on our way to grah shanti and had to go back up to pack our things. My cousin, sister and I had all of our wedding clothes and accessories spread around the room. We had to rush and pack our things while we are dressed in our heavy clothes. They attempted to give us a honeymoon suite with a double bed and a floor mattress. This room was smaller than previous room. They were aware that we would be staying at the hotel for a week and we should not have been forced to change rooms. ||||The next day, we left in the morning and then were informed via telephone while we were at another wedding function that we have to pack again. We left middle of our brothers function to pack our things again. This was not acceptable. Again they were aware that we would be staying there. My family decided not to continue staying at this hotel because they preferred to make us move even though we booked almost the entire floor (10-12) instead of moving the new guest that hadn't arrived yet.

Myfood experience is so delicious it's very hygiene and tasty food hotel restaurant sitting area is comfortable and hotel staff is so helpful i am so impressed for his hospitality my family is very satisfied with hotel piano food|Very good restorant staff it is so kind

Excellent food, kind staff, clean rooms and overall good vibe. The owner Brij and his friendly staff made my stay here very enjoyable. Their breakfast and dinner buffet are made with healthy and fresh ingredients that made me go back for seconds. Will definitely come again soon!
