The variety of dosas they offer is simply overwhelming--in the best way possible! You'll find yourself confused about what to order because every single item on the menu looks so tempting. I tried the onion dosa, and my colleagues (a group of six) explored various other dosa options. Each one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The dosas were flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared, making it a truly satisfying dining experience. What makes Sankalp stand out is the staff--they are extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication to ensuring every customer has a great experience is truly commendable. You can tell they are very well-trained, and their attention to detail is top-notch. The only downside is that the prices are slightly on the higher side. However, considering the quality, variety, and service, I still feel it's worth it. This restaurant is a must-try for anyone who loves South Indian food. Highly recommended!
Overall good experience... Order spooky dosa, rasam Vada & utappam Dosa and uttapam was very good . But rasam Vada was very average didn't liked the taste plus It became very soggy by the time we ate Spooky dosa :4/5 Uttapam : 4/5 Rasam Vada : 2/5
Sankalp is one of the best South Indian restaurant in Rajkot... Idle and Dosa are excellent quality with chutneys... ooh, really great taste... Easy to access hotel and city center... Hotel atmosphere is very good and staff are very quick to serve dishes.. It's oveall 5 star rating food

Food is too spicy. And food quality is okaish. Kitchen area not that clean. Not value for money.
