Sayaji Hotel

I visited Sayaji Restaurant and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was absolutely outstanding--staff were courteous, prompt, and ensured everything was perfect. The ambiance was equally delightful, creating a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere. However, the food could have been better. While it was decent, it didn't quite match the high standards set by the service and atmosphere. It's a great place to visit if you're looking for exceptional hospitality and a beautiful setting, but the food could use a little more attention.

Food quality is very great and overall staff is really good in terms of behaviour and Anita Ma'am serves everyone really well.. and we really enjoyed the food with homely experience at hotels and ambience looks well..really appreciated #Must visit once..

Nice staff nice wibes whenever we go there, food everything are awesome there, really isse best place Rajkot me ho hi nhi sakta. Feeling like luxury whenever you will enter. We visited horizon ( at sayaji) on may 14,2025.we had amazing experience with staff and chef Mr.Ajit helped us pick a gujrati dish and we tried undhiyu main course. It was delicious and especially mango smoothie was yummy. Special shoot out to staff Mr.pradip, Ms.Christina and Ms.Anita for making our experience even greater with amazing service. Not a 5 star hotel, close to 4 star Accommodation-- clean + decent food Service -- 3 star. This is surely not 5 star even 4 star experience, multiple patterns which make the stay really hard instead of easy and smooth. Reason why you chose 5 star. Partly would request good to recheck the ratings Amenities -- ok

I recently dined at Horizon Restaurant, Sayaji Hotel, Rajkot, expecting a premium experience since it claims to be a 5-star hotel and restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Non-Functioning Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was not working at all, making the entire dining experience uncomfortable. For a hotel that claims to be luxury, this is unacceptable. 2. Poor Food Quality & Taste: I was shocked by the terrible quality and taste of the food. It felt like it was cooked by a trainee chef rather than an experienced professional. The flavors were bland, the dishes lacked authenticity, and nothing felt like it belonged to a high-end restaurant. Honestly, even a 1-star hotel might serve better food. 3. Overpriced & Not Worth It: I spent 8,000, expecting a premium dining experience, but it was a complete waste of money. There are so many better fine-dining restaurants in Rajkot where you can enjoy great food at a more reasonable price. 4. Poor Management & Lack of Improvement: Before visiting, I checked other customer reviews, and many people had similar complaints. The hotel's management only replies with apologies but never takes real action to improve. There are no follow-ups or genuine efforts to fix the ongoing issues. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. Save your money and go elsewhere. Sayaji Rajkot is NOT worth it.

Our stay at Sayaji Hotel Jamnagar was very enjoyable. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. Only problem was that some of the dishes were oily and salty. What exceeded our expectations, is the service provided by the staff in the restaurant. They truly know the meaning of "hospitality". I highly recommend this hotel and would like to stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at Sayaji Hotel, hosting a group of 17 family members and colleagues. The quality of service was truly impressive, with exceptional food and the warmth, kindness, and honesty displayed by the hotel's manager and staff. It's no surprise that the Indian cricket team often chooses Sayaji when the BCCI selects Rajkot as a match venue, given the royal and high-tech hospitality provided here. We thoroughly enjoyed our night, especially the dining experience, filled with joy and laughter. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
