Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at LORDS RAJULA and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink after a long journey. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed - including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the city. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the bathroom amenities were top-quality. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh options, from local dishes to international favorites. I also dined at the hotel restaurant one evening and was impressed with the quality and presentation of the food.

I recently stayed at Lords in Rajula during a business trip with my company, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. As a solo female traveler, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are top priorities for me--and this hotel delivered on all fronts. The hotel had 24/7 security and key card access to guest floors, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The area around the hotel was also well-lit and secure, even in city also. Food was so tasty & Staff service was very prompt

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage and kids to move around. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated having extra pillows and blankets already in the room. Housekeeping was reliable and responsive to our needs. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially at check-in. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms, which made coordinating with extended family much easier.

The hotel was bustling with activity and the room was decent. I was struck more, however, by the kind attentiveness of the staff. The rasutarunt serves delightful fare and my overall experience, true to all interactions with Lord's hospitality, was one of satisfaction and appreciation.

We went to the restaurant for our dinner. The ambience was great and relaxing . We were attended by Mr Anurag and Mr Ikbal . They were very polite and good at their job. They explained the Menu to us and made us comfortable there . Food was equally good and worth .

My stay here was wonderful. The staff are all very accommodating. The higher floors have weaker wi fi and one of the managers, Himat was able to move our room without issue. Sunil, he goes by B, has also been great. I see him every day when I go for the provided breakfast and all of the staff check on us. I ask lots of questions to reception and restaurant staff about the food since I don't know what a lot of it is but they are happy to explain. A great experience for great value.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you are an international traveler, I highly suggest finding another accommodation. The clerk, Sunil, was not cooperative. The check in process is more strict than any other airport security around the world.
