Wash rooms need to be adequately ventilated

Cleaning n hygiene was an issue at the time of my travel. Staff is good and responsive. Person who handles reception area was also cooperative. It's a new property which needs little care still things were not properly managed. I had given the same feedback to the concerned person in hotel.

One of the worst hotels in Kutchch. I am a Kutchchi who visits Kutchch once every year with family. I had made an advance booking 15 days prior to my travel. The only reason for me to book this hotel was that my village is at a stone throw's distance from this place. My experience was horrible! We arrived on 6th May, 2017 at 1:30 PM. I had driven for 6 hours straight, 400 kilometers approximately. All of my family members were tired and hungry. My grandmother, who is almost 70 years old was also traveling with us. We checked-in, the receptionist asked us for an advance of 2,000. As soon as we went inside the room, we realized that we have made a terrible mistake. We had booked two rooms, both the rooms smelled like someone just took a dump in there. The toilets were unclean and one can see that they were never cleaned in a lifetime. I called Room Service and asked them to change our rooms. One person from the hotel staff, who was the cleaner and bell boy both, told me that all the rooms are dirty as he is the only worker over there and he hasn't cleaned any rooms. This was shocking to me. And to my horror, all the rooms turned out to be equally dirty. I spoke to the guy on the reception and he was really very rude to us. He did not empathize to our situation and was acting like a prick. After arguing with him for a few minutes, he agreed to return our money. Please look for other options if you're visiting Kutchch, these people do not represent the whole of Kutchch. There are better people and better places in here. Also, one more suggestion, don't give them advance money before seeing the room yourself.

Poor condition of room and toilet... Best place to lose of money... Not value for money.. Very badly rooms Smell like gobaar..

Nice service ,quiet and clean rooms . Very good facilities and manager is also very understanding . They will pickup your calls at anytime u want something and help you . Staff is also very trained. Cleanliness is maintained very throughouly . Best for family and casual stays .

Hotel is new,clean and near to Vijay villas palace. If staying at beach resort is out of budget you can choose this option and beach access is available for 500-700 rupees inclusive of dinner at Vijay villas resort. Hotel is 8 Kms far from palace, hardly 10-15 minutes to reach palace if you have your own vehicle.

Awesome place to stay in the morning and I don't have any money to get a chance you have any money on the phone number is still in a few weeks ago but I can't wait till I see you in the car and my mom said she would have to be with me for my phone is at work at the end and like to do it again for your service and for a bit of a sudden I hear you and you know what I want you so much for me I have to go, I'm not gonna go to sleep in
