18.19 Cafe' Lounge

It was such a wonderful experience to visit your cafe on a valentine's day for a lovely candle light dinner. Food was too good - Finger Licking Service was also good...especially the man(Pravin) who served us on a beautiful night. Thank you 18-19!

We booked for Bride to be celebration. Everything was good, Food is yummy and Quantity is great as we saw in luxurious cafes service are quick arrangements is fine...location vibes I like the most be a of greenery which i like the most

The food is decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. The management is poor, and the AC wasn't working, making it uncomfortable. The service was frustrating--we had to look around, wave, and even call out for a waiter, yet they barely paid attention. Hygiene was also an issue, with flies roaming around and dirty seating, including sofas and chairs. On top of that, they forced us to provide our phone number just to place an order, even though it's not mandatory as per government policy. Definitely overpriced for the poor service and unhygienic conditions.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with a great variety to choose from. The food was really good we ordered garlic sizller which was really fabulous, do drink frappe that is cheery on top, also service by mr praveen was really bangon, will visit again and again to have such a lovely food

Great place for fancy dinning. One of the best finest cafe lounge in Surat. We ordered 3 dishes. 1. Italian pesto pizza (fresh bake) it's fabulous. 2. Sicilian sizzler which was delicious too. 3. Roman garlic bread taste was average. Dinning facilities in cafe lounge where you can sit outside as well as inside and also on terrace. We asked for a sit in garden area dinning table but didn't get one. I would suggest that the garden area should also attach a table that can seat four people. There's a table in garden area but seat only three people. Overall excellent food and service. Hygiene maintained. Worth the taste and experience.

We went there for lunch and it was a wonderful experience over there. The overall interior was very good and the location was awesome. There are a lot of places to sit with different sitting options. The decoration they have is extremely good. You can find plenty of stops to take the photographs. The overall cleanliness and hygiene was good Coming to food we tried Mexican food and mocktails and some other food options. The taste was really good. The food service was also nice. The price is moderately expensive. No difficulty with parking it is easily available and I recommend to visit this place in a group you will definitely enjoy there.

We went to 18.19 Cafe on Thursday, to our surprise there were plenty of people on weekday(popularity\'_'/) but yea cafe has quite good space and seating capacity so I think you would never have to wait for a table. About the interior and atmosphere, the whole lounge is so beautiful, pretty and obviously aesthetic on peak(>.<)... Staff is friendly and the menu includes great food varieties. About food, we ordered sizzler, pasta and bar special drinks... Sizzler was actually sizzling the way it must should, Pasta was quite healthy and tasty and Drink... you must try their drinks it's quite a good option for dry state people like us. Last but not least, honest opinion 18.19 cafe is actually a must visit once place, may be a bit expensive but yea worth it and also they do offer complementary drink for first time visitors
