good quality food and amazing service with awesome ambience and all the staff are friendly .. main thing is that you will get all the varieties of food . every body can enjoy and can celebrate their special day ( personally I like the sizzlers that they served ) the money spend in this cafe is worth .....

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Management at Jungle Restaurant I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent visit to Jungle Restaurant, particularly due to the handling of coupons and the overall service quality. I had bought coupons worth 2000, which the restaurant is now unfairly refusing to honor on weekends without any mention of such restrictions in their terms and conditions. They also demanded unexpected proofs like a diary, which was not communicated earlier. Moreover, the interaction with one of the senior staff members (a bald gentleman who seemed to be in charge) was particularly disappointing. His demeanor was unnecessarily authoritative and unprofessional, reminiscent of a harsh demeanor rather than the welcoming hospitality expected at a dining establishment. The food quality itself was below par, which only added to the negative experience. I hope the restaurant addresses these serious concerns about policy transparency, staff conduct, and food quality

Big menu. You will find everything here. Ambience is also good. jungle theme I found something unique in Surat. I went through their menu & found everything. So it is completely family restaurant where you can find food for child and elders both. One suggestion I would like to share, they should manage something to ventilate smoke of sizzlers. Little suffocation I felt. Staff is good, food quantity is good, food has quality. Good place to have photo clicks.

Today! Visited a jungle cafe and restaurant again.. And satisfied as always with the service and hospitality offered by this restaurant... The taste of our ordered food was so satisfying and price worthy.... In the end #happycustomer Thanks to all the staff for Their great service...

I recently visited Jungle Cafe. I had a great time there. It was crowded but me and my family managed to get a seat. The services were very slow, the food was great and the overall cafe vibes were great. I can not say that this is the best cafe in that area, but it is a good choice if you are heading there. It had AC, it had a diverse menu, and the staff treated us very nicely. Other than that, even the washrooms were clean and hygiene.
