Good experience had order 2 shake using the Mc code app it was great experience. Shake was good Need to impove a bit sweetness. overall good

I asked twice to clean the table but it was not clean. What I ordered had never come. Rubbish cleaning not good staff.

Honestly this McDonald's food is very yummy and amazing I try 1st time my side is 100/100 for everything so I recommend try and enjoy your mill

I regularly visiting [Reliance Mall Udhna, Surat] and encountered repeated issues with the air conditioning and charging points, which staff mentioned were not working. Despite multiple visits, these amenities have not been fixed, affecting customer comfort. Additionally, when I inquired about the situation, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff ( Do not know the name but staff with the specs), who were unwilling to allow customers to sit comfortably. This negatively impacts the overall experience and does not align with McDonald's reputation for customer satisfaction. The staff is always reply in very rude manner and without any reason comes to the customers and ask them to leave the place if they are done with the food as they cant even wait there. Moreover, intentionally not starting air conditioner even i asked them multiple times and they just ignored it. Worst it is more then worst. I highly not recommend people to not to visit McDonald's at Reliance Mall Udhna. I request you to address these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for all customers. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to an improved experience on my next visit if i change my mind and comes there.

Mcd is good but this outlet is not good in there customer service. They literally serve cabbage in option lettuce. They not make proper burger. If u paid this much amount so i suggest go to other outlet of mcd.

I visited McDonald's at Reliance Mall on Ring Road for lunch with a friend. The atmosphere was not great, and the staff's behavior was a bit off. Additionally, the food took almost half an hour to be served, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory.

It's a worst McDonald's outlet i ever seen in my life. 1) Food - I have ordered 2 Mc chicken burger and 1 Mc pizza puff... Had waited for almost 40 mnts to get this order. Even after receiving my order it's COLD. Imagine COLD BURGERS. 2) Service - services are pathetic... Nobody was there to attend you. Staff are shouting on each other and pass on their work to one another. 3) Atmosphere - A street food hawkers are having better atmosphere then this outlet. Floors are wet and slippery... Public are waiting for their food.. staff are fighting with each other. Kitchen person is not listening to his crew trainer. Food delievery boys are shouting on them because they have marked their orders are ready on portal but they are waiting for their orders since 10 mnts, their customers are shouting on them. A genuine tip to this outlet owner - IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COP UP WITH THIS BRAND IMAGE THEN YOU NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE Feedback to McDonald's - DON'T RUIN YOUR IMAGE AND DO GENUINE AUDIT TO THIS OUTLET. Thank you for your pathetic food and your service.. will definately not repeat this mistake again to visit this outlet.
