Realdine Restaurant & Banquet

I recently visited this restaurant and had a delightful experience overall. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. However, the service was just average -- while the staff was polite, they seemed a bit inattentive at times. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was very pleasant, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made the evening enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for the food and ambiance, but there's some room for improvement in service.

If you don't have charge in your mobile phone then don't visit this hotel... Staff insults you...They don't even have amenity to charge mobile phone.The staff and manager lack the manner of how to talk with customers. This can't be justified. If you don't have amenity then you can politely deny you don't brawl with customers about what they have to do or not. I am rating this hotel 1 star just because I can write a review if there is any option to give a negative star rating then real dine deserves a max negative star rating.

From outside, it appears as a brand new place in the town with fancy lighting but when I enter, it feels more like a hostel mess and the food quality is on the similar line. Felt like Hostel food tastes better. Food lacked presentation and taste. Of everything, the quality of service was below par. Atmosphere was also non encouraging.

I recently visited Real Dine, and my experience was far from pleasant. The food was bland, cold, and lacked freshness--definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the service was extremely slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested, took ages to take our order, and even messed up the dishes.

I today visited Realdine restaurant. I had good experience there. It is Air Conditioned, there is very good space and less suffocation. Overall the food was good, but service can be better. The food was good. You can visit here with Friends, Family, or even alone.

Very poor experience in last visit Food was average. You will find new versions of same item in your next visit.
