Anjoy The MultiCuisine Experience

We came here to have a nice and cozy family dinner but the food here had plastic pieces coming out of it. Rice and paneer sabji both had plastic pieces , we were eating and in middle of it this happened all of us lost our appetite during this. They replaced it but roti came cold later onn. They had the audacity to charge full amount and also not listening to complain. The staff was also very rude . They talked very badly with us too. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Safety shall be ensured but they do not have any quality check method.

i would kindly request the readers NOT to ignore this review based on its length. Had to give one star to post this review. 1) FRACTURE restaurant: We were given the chair which was broken although the staff knew it was broken. My mother almost fell from chair and another old lady fell and got injured and the staff was not taking responsibility. 2) LIAR Restaurant: They did not used most of the ingredients in the sizzler and continental food and no mint stuffing in the dish called paneer birbal as "GLORIFIED(MENTIONED)" in the menu. 5 star reviews are only based on common dishes which i also think are paid. 3)THEFT Restaurant: Prices were exorbitantly high and rice grains felt like taken from RATION CARD instead of basmati as lied in the menu. 4) CID Restaurant: A bald bull shit waiter was asking us to remember the face of the waiter "who replaced the broken chair with another broken chair from which my mother fell" as if we are CID officers. 5)When asked for compensation of this "BEAUTIFUL" experience only 10 percent of the amount was returned. 6) IGNORING Restaurant: Us along with other customers have to sit 10-15 mins for ordering this so called "ANJOYABLE" food. Do not visit based on photos of ambience. They do not invest their expensive menu items on maintenance and good chefs.

Ambiance is on par! Friendly staff I used to visit this place since my childhood days but after giving it a new look they have modified their food taste and they were good indeed. Absolutely loved their Manchow soup and chilly cheese toast(the cheesiest toast ever)though it was simple yet tasted yum. Also their coffee is good to try

Multicusine resturent which serves wide range of dishes. One must try paneer lababdar & dal makhani. The chapati sometime can be mistaken fir Papad and hence needs to be made with little more dough. Overall a good experience.

The dining experience was absolutely fantastic! The food was excellent--every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was equally outstanding, with the staff being attentive and quick to assist. The manager, Neha, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was super friendly and checked in with us several times to ask about the food and service quality, which really made us feel valued as customers. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and exceptional hospitality! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Taste - 4.5/5 Value of money - 4/5 Staff behaviour - 3/5 Ambience 4/5 We visited the restaurant on Saturday evening. The restaurant was not crowded, so we chose a table as per our convenience. This place was renovated a year ago, it was looking neat and beautiful. We started with ordering veg munchow soup. Which was fine In taste. We also ordered panner barbeque in starters, it was tasty as well and we ordered maxican sizzler. The only thing which we failed to understand was why staff not letting us click food pictures. They were in hurry to serve the food, there was no rush in restaurant at all. I insisted to give us a moment but waiter was least bothered. I felt the staff wasn't happy that day, maybe it wasn't a good day for them.

The chairs were broken. Food quality was ridiculous. Cream of veg soup was already cold when served. According to description Paneer Birbal contains mint chutney filling but there were no traces of mint in subji. Rice quality was sub standard in sizzler and manager was telling that they are using basmati rice. One person who was thin, tall and half bald and acting like manager was too rude and cunning. I had been to Anjoy yesterday for lunch. The dishes order was full of gravy and no much vegetables. Kolhapuri veg and Hyderabadi rice was not cooked properly and no tests like original Hyderabadi . Curd served was too sour . I reported but not paid attention . Think twice
