Italian meals are awesome. Service is slow. Staff is polite and attentive. Good for kids also. Accept CC. Overall great experience

I ordered Zuppa Di Broccoli E Pepperoni, Canapes Platter, Gnocchi Alla Sorrentino, Panna Cotta. Well presented dishes with distinguished taste of herbs and mild taste of spices.

Well,the authenticity they have made for Italian cuisine is just wow! I loved the food they served.Only thing is that on weekends they should maintain some lively atmosphere in which I think they lack.And the service was little slow.But i think these things can be neglected if the food is good

I would say a nice place to eat and talk or spend some time with family or friends. Italian dishes are pure but suitable for Indian pallets that's why it cannot be that authentic as usual. Spaghetti with becon which I had, was really tasty and buttery. Tiramisu was good but not the best one. Staffs are courteous. Ambiance is very classy, eye soothing and calm. No exaggeration of music. Entrance path is a bit hidden. But staffs are helpful so none will have the problem to find it out. Overall a good place to have a peaceful dine.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Fiorella. The mashed potatoes were frozen and lacked any real flavor or texture. Even the chicken was bland and tasted off. For the price, I expected much better quality. I would never come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.

It's my second time there, the first time I faced very bad behaviour of the staff, he was very arrogant. The second time, in my zuekini cheese roll I got a stapler pin. Even the Bruschetta is not that good, no cheese, roughly chopped tomatoes, bland, even the celery leaves taste good which was just part of the dish decoration. Need improvement.

Reasonable experience for a different taste. Clean and hygienic place. Italian dishes are tried best to meet originality. Service is quick but portion size is small. Advantage of same is that you can try their more dishes. Price as compared to portion size is towards expensive side. Yet, a worth trying place if you are open to the world cousine.

A great place to enjoy a nice meal.. The service and experience was great. Although pizzas were not available when we visited, the other options were great. Definitely would suggest the caprese salad and mushroom toast.
