Need to increase the staff members and cleaners. Waiters who serve are themselves the cleaners later. Need to improvise on this for better connectivity. Food is delicious, worth every penny, just serve gulab jamun with ice cream with Vanilla ice cream instead Strawberry. It tastes much better with Vanilla flavour.

Poor service, We ordered at 8.30pm then we got food at 9:50pm. No manager also not listened.

Worst experience..... Manager took order and last he was asking it's better u don't take it as they r now ready to serve....and manager was saying with the smile and saying he is not able to do anything about. That....

Okay-ish rooms, poor service. They charge for bottled water as well along with the rooms. While staying the door Knob came in hand while opening the door late evening and no one was there at reception to help.

They don't have enough staff to serve foods , 2 days ago I went for dinner , too many customers complained for Service, also I also experience same problem .Not Proper arrangements.

It's very nice place for all the people for Lunch, Dinner & Brakefast, Tea or Coffee also

As I visited it twice with my family, It was a very good, different and enjoyable experience. The location is outstanding and the food is very much delicious and it feels like really we are flying and before we go to eat on the plane they give us a boarding pass which gives us realistic feel of a plane. The place is very hygiene and clean, the seats are comfortable. I recommend you all to eat in plane at once. It was a very good experience. Love the food, the service was excellent and you have to visit at once. Thanks hotel Legend for this great experience

Food tasted good, but oily. Presentation could have been better.
