Disappointing Experience Masked by a Fancy Look - Not Worth the Hype I recently visited this restaurant hoping for a good dining experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be well below expectations. While the ambience gives off a slightly luxurious vibe, don't let it fool you--the overall experience falls flat, especially when it comes to service and food quality. Let's start with the service--easily one of the worst parts. The waiting time for food was way too long, and even basic things like water or order confirmation took multiple reminders. The staff appeared to be untrained, uninterested, and quite unprofessional. No greetings, no updates about the delay--just blank stares and slow movement. It didn't feel like a restaurant experience at all. When the food finally arrived, it was another letdown. Most of the items, including the sabji, lacked flavor and freshness. It felt more like something thrown together without care. The only saving grace was the Paneer Tikka--decently cooked, flavorful, and had a nice smoky texture. But honestly, one good dish isn't enough to save the entire meal. As for value for money--absolutely not worth it. Prices are on the higher side, and given the poor service and average-to-bad food, you walk out feeling disappointed and overcharged. Despite the interiors trying to create a premium look, the overall vibe doesn't match up to what you'd expect from a truly well-run restaurant. It's all surface-level polish with no depth in hospitality or quality. Final Verdict: * Food: 2/5 (only because of the Paneer Tikka) * Service: 1/5 * Ambience: 3/5 * Value for money: 1/5 Not planning to visit again. We recently hosted our [wedding anniversary ] at [leisure alley] . From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by the elegant decor, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated and spacious, with excellent lighting and sound arrangements. Every detail was taken care of -- from the floral arrangements to the stage setup. The event staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and responsive to our every need. Special thanks to [Bikas sir] who made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests are still raving about the variety and taste -- everything from appetizers to dessert was top-notch. The live counters and buffet setup were managed flawlessly. Our hotel stay was just as impressive. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless. A huge thank you to the entire team at [lesiure alley] for making our special day so memorable. Highly recommended for both stay and events -- truly a 5-star experience!

Celebrated my niece's birthday here and we had a great time. The location was impressive. The hall we used looked wonderful and was spacious enough for ~50 people. The food was really good. The staff was understanding and worked well, whenever prompted. The only minor issue I felt was with the music. They could've used a better playlist. Otherwise, it was all perfect. Reliable management. We have been to the restaurant on a different day. Amazing service. Delicious food and drinks. Relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend.
