I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Lords Inn, Vadodara. I arranged my birthday party on 29th April 2025 at Lord's Inn Vadodara. The food, veg and non-veg, was delicious. They had karaoke and the singer sung well. All present participated in singing songs along with my family. I never expected such a simple but satisfying celebration. The variety of food and desert was enough to suit every taste. The location is easily accessible and the ambience is pleasing. The staff is courteous and cooperative. All in all it made an unforgettable day!

Had a great time at the hotel - it's just 5 mins from the railway station. The staff is warm, accommodating, and courteous. The breakfast spread is good. Rooms are decent in the price range and the only feedback would be a little more cleanliness in the bathrooms. But overall a good experience.

*Disappointing Experience at Lords Inn* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Lords Inn, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Despite checking in at 2 PM, I was given the room at 2:30 PM, which wasn't a great start. Things took a turn for the worse when I checked out at 6 PM the same day and was asked to pay extra for the bedsheet I used. This charge seemed unreasonable and not in line with standard hotel policies. As someone who's stayed at various 4-star, 5-star, and even 7-star hotels, I was shocked by the service and policies at Lords Inn. The staff seemed unfriendly, and the overall experience was disappointing. The food was subpar, and the checking department's attitude was unhelpful. I'd advise others to avoid this hotel due to its poor service and unexpected charges. Recommendation:Avoid staying here if possible. Consider reading this review before making a booking. Disappointing Stay Despite the Hotel. I booked this hotel based on its glowing reviews, but my experience was far from what was promised. It quickly became clear that many of the positive reviews might be influenced by the staff pushing guests to leave good feedback. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attitude was unwelcoming and at times outright rude. Instead of making guests feel valued, they seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews. The bathroom in my room was poorly maintained--unclean and in desperate need of repairs--which made my stay uncomfortable. There was also a noticeable lack of attention toward guest experience. Basic hospitality seemed to be missing, and the overall vibe felt indifferent. While I understand that no place is perfect, the gap between the online reviews and my actual experience was too wide to ignore. I hope the management focuses more on genuine guest satisfaction rather than just curating positive ratings.

Welcome, gesture is too good and having polite staff. Reception staff are really nice and neatly mannered. In washroom, still tap and shower need to be maintained properly. Else room service are good and people are polite. Once the issue is raised to the staff, they resolve it immediately.

I had a really good meal. The food tasted amazing, and the people who worked there were very nice. [I really want to mention supportive manager name,F&B Manager:Mr.Anuj Mishra] and [Marketing and Sales Manager:Mr.Mukesh Rathod] made it special. I want to eat there again.
