Worst experience ever ! The hotel manager dosent know how to mange . Our room lock was not working , when we told to repair they were like app apka kimiti saman apke sath lejaoo ! Shower Tray was not working , Hospitality was 0 . no mirror in room ! Not a proper room service! not recommended anyone! No hot water coming , when we asked for hot water they reply itni garami mai garam pani kon use karta ! Like why we are paying them !

I had a wonderful hotel experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant and spa, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning.

The only good thing about The Sky Imperial (Yahvi) is its location at Manisha chokadi. It's a very premium area. The rooms and service however is not good. There was no hot water available in the morning at some rooms and I had to literally change the room couple of times due to this. Hygiene is also a concern. When I checked in the room was not cleaned and bed linens were not changed. Only if you don't have any option, choose to stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. One of the major issues was the presence of mosquitoes in the room, which made it very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. I believe this is something that needs urgent attention to ensure guest comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the room provided was not as described in the photos on your website/booking platform. The actual condition and amenities did not match the expectations set by the images, which was quite disappointing. I would recommend taking steps to address these issues, such as improving pest control measures and ensuring that the images used for advertising accurately represent the rooms. I hope my feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

Very bad customer service from their side. I asked for the booking and also asked them to share all the details(no.of days of stay, hotel policies and everything) They shared my through WhatsApp "no cancellation policy written/mentioned". When I have already paid the half amount of my money, then they sent a voucher of the same day and date mentioning it is not refundable. And when asked they just say sorry sir we get 50 bookings a day we can't convey all these to them. But when the customer is asking you to provide still they didn't. So is that out fault ? And when asked they just say sir nhi hopayega sorry sir and all. I had an emergency at my family soni asked them to cancel. Even I asked them to to deduct 30% of the amount they didn't and just refusing. Even the fault was from their side. How is this a thing when someone pays and then you send in their voucher that it is not refundable. Even the conformation message didn't had anything regarding the cancellation policy or hotel policies written on it . And they also didn't let me talk to their senior just stating that no one is available for 15 days. So this is how they manage and talk to their customers

I have chosen this hotel for my stay many times since last 2 years. I love the ambience and location of this hotel. It is safe and very couple-friendly also good for family vacations and business related stay. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

My stay was good. The Manager Sanjay Vaishnav was very courteous and gave good service. Rooms were spacious. Though there is no restaurant, easily accessible by Swiggy.

The hotel is just fine . It's budget hotel but the room maintenance is very bad. The rooms are spacious and big but cleanliness is an issue . The service is very quick and staffs are really nice . They allow pets which is awesome . No in hotel food service but they allow Swiggy and Zomato. Overall an average stay
