Polite behaviour of staffs. And they're very friendly.. and you can customise your orders according to your choice. As i asked to customise my pizza in my way. And they accepted my request and provided me what I demanded for. The location is really beautiful. They've maintained good cleanliness. And the balcony view is very nice. If you're looking for a beautiful evening with your friends, relatives, boyfriend/girlfriend or even with your kids.. if you want to spend a quality time with your loved ones, you must visit this place.

So glad to have finally visited this beautiful cafe located on OP Road after passing through it so many times. It was a wonderful experience. The ambian e is absolutely gorgeous and kudos to the design team behind it. We order Irish Cold Coffee, Tiramisu Cold Coffee and Mushroom Sandwich. All the 3 items were delicious and scrumptious. The quantity was sufficient as well. We would definitely love to come back and enjoy some more items off the menu. 100% recommended.

Average Food. Ambience nice. Staff not at all customer savvy. No customer delight. Staff does not care about customer experience. Bucket kept in the way. Hair layed over on the floor. We asked to keep a 5 minutes of gap in two dishes, they did not serve until asked. When served it was cold. When they heated it then it was hard enough to eat. So it is evident that do not want to understand what customer ask is. Need hospitality training as well. They were not rude though directly. But indirectly ahe was

I recently visited this cafe with a group of people, and our experience was ruined by the manager's rude and unprofessional behavior. We had just been sitting outside for 15 minutes when the manager repeatedly (four times!) asked us to order something. While a couple of reminders are understandable, this level of persistence felt unnecessary, especially since the cafe was completely empty. What made it worse was the comment about our order. We had ordered three coffees, and the manager rudely pointed out that it wasn't enough for seven people. It's not their place to dictate how much we should order. A good cafe values customer comfort, but this one clearly prioritizes unnecessary pressure over hospitality. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed and welcoming environment.

I had the worst experience at Cafe Bez. The manager was extremely rude, and the overall hospitality was terrible. Instead of ensuring customer satisfaction, they made us feel unwelcome. The staff seemed uninterested in serving properly, and the attitude of the management was unacceptable. Disappointed and will never visit again!

Times cafe HQ offers good seating and has a beautiful ambience overlooking OP road. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating and even a co-working space which is amazing and is a great feature to provide. However, if we consider the food that's where things go south. The price is a bit on the higher side for the flavor of food which they provide. The pizzas seem to be too chewy and lack flavor. Nachos and fries were passable, and the only bright spot was the Mojito. The service too, was quite slow, despite not much of a rush at the place on a Saturday afternoon. The mgmt can probably look at improving these to make the experience better.

Place vibe is very good and different types of seating area for all type of people. Either you are in group or couple you will find suitable place. Regarding service they need to improve, I have specifically asked to bring cold drink with my food but they have 15 min advance and with food that cold drink was not cold and didn't have enough fizz in it.

Worst experience, we ordered Italian Sandwich and it was tangy and bitter in taste, how could a Italian Sandwich be Tangy. Even we ordered grilled Sandwich and it was even not grilled properly and food came cold. Worst experience or go to place. Even staff is so rude and tells us to order every 30mins, despite ordering a Sandwich.
