Bombay Pavbhaji Restaurant (Vallabhipur Wala)

I recently visited Bombay Pav Bhaji in Vallabhipur, and my experience was not very satisfying. The food was just okay - nothing special in terms of taste or quality. What really disappointed me was the poor service. The staff seemed careless and unprofessional. On top of that, hygiene and cleanliness were completely lacking. The tables and surroundings were not clean, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. If you're particular about cleanliness and good service, this place might not be the best choice. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

As the name suggests, had Pau Bhaji here. Vallabhipurwala Bombay Pau Bhaji is famous all over Gujarat. People from across Gujarat come to have their signature dish that takes you on a gastronomical spin with it's burst of flavors, fresh ingredients, spiciness, spicy chutneys and accompaniments. Once upon a time, people all the way from Bombay used to come to Vallabhipur to savor this quintessential Pau Bhaji as they serve it with assorted tomoto, onion salad, fresh roasted peanuts, roasted papad, special roasted peanut salad, fresh curds and a refreshing glass of chilled buttermilk to calm down the fires raging in your belly after binging on all the sinful spiciness! Eating a Pau Bhaji here isn't a simple affair, but feels like a ten course meal. Roasted peanuts and peanut salad balances and compliments well with the carbohydrates rich Bhaji, while curds and buttermilk soothe your stomach after all the spicy indulgence. You end up deeply satisfied at this heavy meal only to come back again for more. The two owner brothers started Bombay Pau Bhaji in Vallabhipur decades ago, when Pau Bhaji was newly discovered as the go to streetfood of erstwhile Bombay. Since then there's no looking back. Pau Bhaji centers by the name of Vallabhipurwala have sprung up across major cities of Gujarat now. The owners and staff are warm and cordial and treat you with great hospitality, if you are a newbie in the town. However, their place needs to be amped up as per trending times. They are running the place in the same old fashioned village way which looks shabby and unhygienic. Although their patrons continue to go there, a fresh new ambience with better standards will enhance their experience of savoring their favorite Pau Bhaji all the more.

I can't pass through Vallabhipur without eating Pau Bhaji at this place. Taste is so good of bhaji. They serve Pau bhaji with extra spicy garlic chutney and rosted peanuts. It tastes so perfect with it along with Papad and butter milk. The only minus point here is hygiene problem. They don't keep the place clean. Infact the place is so unorganised like old store room. Anyway but taste is good. Must visit.

This is my favourite place for pavbhaji, here you can enjoy your delicious food with your family and friends.
