I recently stayed at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly kind, and every corner reflected warmth and elegance. From the cozy ambiance to the delicious breakfast, everything was thoughtfully curated. A perfect retreat for peace and comfort.
The food and ambience was good but the staff was not that understanding and willing to serve. Need to give multiple reminders and few of the food items came cold only because of poor team management. Also they do not prioritise customers preferences and mis match the combination when ordered. We also reported the same to the billing counter but they also not seems much interested. We are a regular commuter of that road and often had breakfast, lunch and dinner but got same experience all the time. Let's see, if they continue with this same practice then we have to find any other food option next time.
Nice hotel to have a meal on the way in the middle of the journey from Delhi to haryana and Rajasthan. A little crowded that's why you have to wait for your order. And the dancing team at the entrance was superb
We had breakfast here, pao bhaji, aalo parathe, sandwich, idli sambar, tea. All the dishes were good, highly recommend visiting for a meal break if you are travelling on this route. Parking space is sufficient. There is a Rajasthani musician as well to welcome and entertain you.
Wow! I have never tasted food so horrible! I had to stop my kids from eating mid meal because I was scared about the food and their health. Highly discourteous and untrained staff. They were trying their best to convince me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the food. I just paid my bill, left the food on the table, and walked out What a rubbish place!!!
Review for Food & Lod Rao Hotel We ordered Rajasthani Gatta and Dal Fry -- both were not good at all. The taste was disappointing and didn't feel fresh. Honestly, wouldn't recommend this place. Do not go and try.
The food was really good. Service was fast and quick. Employees were helpful. Him Singh, our manager for the day, was really quick on his feet, understood what we wanted, and made sure that the service was quick and up to the mark. I would really recommend anyone traveling on this highway to definitely try this dhaba/hotel. Regards
