Hotel Bimlas

The room was pretty clean. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and tastewise the food was good too.The entire staff including the restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Vijay for his prompt response in helping me. Overall a very good experience.

Poor Service. Staff behavior is not good. Even owner of the hotel is not friendly. Edit: After reading owner's reply. Here is an update: First of all, there was no such clause of 11 pm specified by the hotel. Also, if you are taking bookings for an engagement function, you must be cognisant of the fact that it's an important day for the family. You can expect some delays. Which engagement or marriage function have you seen wrapping up by 10-11 pm? We are paying your exuberant prices, then we expect some service in return as well. BEWARE of such hotel owners. Don't book your important functions here. They will interrupt your wedding photography, they will serve the bride and groom cold food on disposable cutlery as they don't have cutlery to serve 250 guests. 25 staff members is a joke. There were a handful staff including the owner and his family. But the most ridiculous fact is that instead of apologising to their customers, they are blaming on them!! Bravo sir!

Rooms were neat and tidy, Gyeser wasn't working. Food preparation is average. Staffs are supportive. Good place. I recommend.

I visited this hotel many , i can say food is good and tasty as well But some staff are not in good mood ,over small things they complain and act rudely

Located on main highway (Perfect location), hotel is clean & provides u great hospitality. The hotel manager is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. Staff provides quality service. Hotel provides u almost every facility from good rooms to restaurant. Food was awesome n i mean it. Overall experience was great. I will recommend this hotel. U won't regret , just be there :)

Excellent experience. My anniversary celebration was fun here, hall was beautifully decorated & all my guests had a great time & food was too good. If u are looking for a banquet hall with perfect catering & service then must go for Bimla's :)

We stayed for a day on 27/09/22 and checked out on 28th . In a stay of 18 hrs we had several complaining moments - TV did not work, water as not served , towel as not given . Worst moment was 2 hrs after checking out . The hotel staff called charging me that " aapne baathruum kaa shiishaa todd' diyaa " . It was a shock as everything was as it is when we left . On top of it we never experienced such a situation though we travel a lot . We were around there for more than an hour after check out but nobody checked and called us . It was all a crooked act of hotel .. So be cautious if at all you happen to stay there . " worst experience ever and worst hotel overall "
