Fake paneer served at Bikanervala .. I ordered paneer, but some pieces seemed fake - they were rubbery, brown, and wouldn't break apart easily.it does not look like paneer .I had also made a complaint, but I didn't receive any response from the manager.#Bikanervala..

OMG... Stale daal makhani at such a branded place. No quality check. I am in shock we are paying so much for such negligence. Or it is a practice which they do and try to finish their stock and waits for if someone points it out.

worst food, PS: replying to Team Bikanerwala There are lot of reviews which show the pathetic food quality and service of the staff, just replying to reviews doesn't make any impact. Go to the outlet and try the food, you will came to know the real picture. I ordered Premium thali: in which roti was cold, had to change it Masala dosa and veg uttpam: both under cooked and the coconut chutney was tasteless Veg Noodles: under cooked

We have tried this place 3-4 times thinking it would get better with time but got disappointed each time. Food is never fresh due to less clients. We got dhokla packed for home but when we opened it after getting back home, it had a foul smell. They literally even packed the foul food item. Seriously disappointed. A big brand is getting destroyed due to cheap tactics.

Worst thing is self service. Even tissue not available at table. We need to ask from counter. Too costly. I ordered executive thali - very less quantity. Sabzi finished with one and half roti. Remaining half roti and rice. Masala lassi and kesaria lassi. it is not lassi, it is fainted curd.

This is the worst Bikanerwala outlet I have ever been to. Bikanerwala should either shut this outlet or change the whole staff to get this outlet going else this will destroy the brand for sure. Whole management and cooking staff is useless here. I had ordered a tandoori platter which was uncooked and when I shared with cook and team they were like it's a regular affair and didn't even bothered to change the food. Pathetic situation.

The quality and service of Bikaner is decreasing day by day in this branch of sector 95a, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon Today i found hair in boondi laddu. And one day they were given baasi laddu (old laddu)..Then I went back again and got it changed. But the same thing happens all the time.

Since its a little off town, its one of the few bikanervala outlets where you can dine without any noise or chaos around. Food is decent and they have fancy bakery items up for sale as well.
