I'm reviewing it being a regular customer of Chai Sutta Bar and have experienced at multiple locations. These highlights are to improve upon and not to defame. Point to Highlight because I faced these things personally. 1. Behaviour of staff is very pathetic. 2. Worst handling of customer. 3. Not open to any kind of feedback. 4. Unprofessional handlers at billing counter. 5. When told about slight change in taste, the individual started arguing. Please tell your staff to be docile and humble.
