Lakshya Inn - Luxury Hotel in Jind

Incredible hotel with a big, cozy and very clean rooms, large comfortable bed and nice view to the garden. Not far from the city centre and main road, still, very quiet and in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are just like in the picture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a nice choice of Indian dishes, which turned out to be little too spicy for me. For breakfast they only serve omelette, parathas and fruits everyday, those were delicious but I think the choice could be extended a bit. Anyway, it was awesome stay, highly recommend!

The rooms are clean but I was assigned room 106 by Vikash who is pleasant and polite but new in reception. Despite asking for a quiet room I was assigned a 1st floor room which was extremely noisy. From 6 am there was a continuous motor sound which woke me up. At night from lobby drunken voices could be heard. The adjacent lift added to the noise. The room key wasn't working despite reception trying 4 times to activate it. I wasn't given a key and hotel master key was used to enter each time Location isn't clear on google maps. Its inside a larger commercial complex so one needs to ask people to eventually reach the entrance The shower drainage had an issue so entire bathroom was flooded with water after a bath

I recently visited this restaurant, and overall, my experience was decent. The food was good, and the place had a rich, classy vibe with a nice seating area. However, the staff wasn't very attentive as they were busy chatting among themselves, though they were still polite. The food was well-made, but I found it overpriced for both the quantity served and the sitting experience. If you're someone who's tried a lot of Indian food, you might not love it, as they stick to authentic recipes without much customization. This can be both a good and bad thing, depending on your preference. It's worth a visit for the ambiance and the photos you'll get, and I found out there's also a bar, which I didn't get a chance to try. Maybe next time! Overall, it was a good experience, but with room for improvement.

"Extremely Disappointing Experience" I had a terrible experience with the staff, particularly Ajay Sharma at the main desk. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made the entire visit unpleasant. It was surprising to encounter such poor customer service from someone in a front-facing role. I strongly urge management to address this issue and consider training their staff on proper guest relations--or even reevaluating this employee's fit for the position. A disappointing experience overall.

The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. It is at a quiet area(but not very far from main road) so I had a very peaceful stay. It is near to the bus stand but a little far from railway stations.

"Unacceptable Behavior by Front Desk Staff" I recently had a very unsettling experience with the staff at this establishment, particularly Ajay Sharma at the front desk. I witnessed him making derogatory remarks towards female guests, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Such behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this issue, whether through retraining or reassessing this individual's position. This kind of behaviour should never be tolerated, and I hope management will work to ensure a respectful environment for all guests.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ajay Sharma at the front desk. Not only was he unhelpful, but he also made rude comments and used abusive language during our interaction. It's shocking and unacceptable to be treated this way, especially by someone in a customer service role. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment.

Great experience at the Lakshya inn luxury hotel with Good rooms and delicious food. I feel I am in the 5star hotel. This is the best hotel in Jind.
