I visited Gulshan Dhaba in Murthal during a recent road trip and it turned out to be one of the best food stops I've experienced on a highway. The place has a lively vibe, plenty of seating, and a clean, well-maintained environment that immediately sets it apart from typical roadside dhabas. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the variety on the menu. I tried their famous stuffed parathas -- aloo, gobi, and paneer -- and each one was perfectly crisp on the outside and generously filled. Served with a generous dollop of white butter, fresh curd, and spicy pickles, the meal was both comforting and satisfying. I also ordered their dal makhani with tandoori rotis, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. What stood out to me was how quickly they managed to serve food despite the heavy rush. The staff was efficient and courteous, which made the overall experience even better. The place is spacious with indoor and semi-outdoor seating, making it a great stop for families, groups, or solo travelers like me. They also have a hotel attached -- Hotel GreenSky by Gulshan Dhaba -- which looked like a decent option for anyone needing a rest during long travel. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling along NH-44. It's not just a food stop -- it's an experience.

Gulshan Dhaba in Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana, is a truly fantastic stop right off the highway, especially for vegetarian food lovers! As a fully vegetarian dhaba, it offers an incredibly satisfying and diverse menu. The food here is consistently very good, with their parathas being a definite highlight - they're wonderfully tasty and come in a delightful variety of options, each cooked to perfection. Their Daal Makhani was simply awesome, rich, creamy, and packed with authentic flavors. The dhaba boasts a good ambiance, providing a comfortable and inviting setting to enjoy your meal. What truly enhances the experience is the good staff, who are attentive and friendly. Gulshan Dhaba is a highly recommended spot for anyone traveling the highway, offering delicious, authentic vegetarian dhaba food in a pleasant and welcoming environment.

Gulshan Dhaba on Murthal Road is truly one of the iconic dhabas on that stretch of highway. It has built a solid reputation over the years, and after visiting, I can see why it's so popular among travelers and food lovers alike. The overall atmosphere is quite unique -- a perfect blend of traditional dhaba vibes with a touch of modernity. The place is always bustling with people, yet the service remains prompt and the staff is courteous. We ordered dal makhani, curd, and chapati, and each item was incredibly flavorful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Gulshan Dhaba. Whether you're stopping for a quick meal during a road trip or planning a family outing, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, clean surroundings, and a lively ambiance make it a must-stop destination on Murthal Road.

This week we decided to go for weekend Ride to Gulshan ka Dhaba..Maruthal ..approximate 85 km. We were 10 riders,we reached approx at 8.. it's on Delhi Amritsar Highway..on reaching we found plenty of parking..and found the outer hall was crowded so we entered the inner hall it was empty with few customers we ordered as usual first Tea and the mix, aloo pyaz and paneer pratha..in today's a new riders Sundeep tyagi was accompanied with his 11 yrs son Aarv wo was passionate about riding..Parathas were all tawa pratha..nicely prepared and was tasty..nice preparation, service was also quite good it was served with pineapple raita and curd.. everything was well prepaid and tasty but not like Mama yadavs Shiva Dhaba Garhmukteshwar but was too good...inspite of going to other big house like Sukhdev and khali ka dhaba better to stop here and have decent food in reasonable price even toilet s were very clean and well maintained .highly recommended to visit here in your way to chandigarh or Amritsar..,

Food was definitely good and i would definitely want to try it again. Potato, Onion paratha was 105rs. Gobi paratha 120rs, Shikanjhi was 70rs, these was few things we have ordered. But the parking space was less and they were unable to manage it properly. We were in a bike so no problem for us but people with cars had problems. Because they had one entry n exit point only. Other than this the waiter was asking for a tip themselves. I didn't want to give it but even his manager was also asking 'can we add a tip'. So our food bill was 1260 we paid 1300. I don't know why these people act like beggars. Not even only us I have seen they were asking every individual for a tip. Very bad behavior I must say, if anyone is willing then they will give themselves you guys don't need to ask for it. Hotel management plz increase their salary so they won't ask for money to everyone.

Yummy food. Went for breakfast and they had very good options in parathas. We tried both Tandoori Paratha as well as Tawa paratha but we like Tawa parathas more than Tandoori Paratha because they were softer. Their tea was also very good and even the Lassi sweet Lassi was very nice. All in all, it is a very good place to have food.
