Perfect rest away from the tiring highway. I loved it. Amazing food, I tried the parathas and chai. Definitely better taste as compared to Sukhdev. There weren't people there early in the morning, only me and one other rider. Just how I prefer it. I need some peace and quiet, Ahuja is perfect for that. The server even let me use his data to use Google maps since my phone had no network. Highly recommend
I went there unexpectedly but I have to say the food here is absolutely great. Go ahead and give it a try.

This is one of our all time favourite places in Murthal for Bike Parantha rides. We used to have a biker get together of even 80-100+ people here and know the owner - Mr Ashok Kumar ji for years now. The old Ahuja Dhaba is now 2 separate Properties and i recently visited the place ! It is an all together a different place now ! Other than the dhaba sitting, they now have a beautiful Sitting area/ Hall for Kitty parties etc. They even have an awesome Garden behind the Dhaba for get together of 250-300 people along with 11 clean Rooms !! Visited the place after soo so long and Mr Ashok ji still being the same kind owner showed the entire property and himself asked for food reviews and suggestions ! Highly recommended ! P.s: This is the second Dhaba when going from Delhi To Chandigarh side.
I like parathas here. Crisp & karara.. Enough parking space and menu has everything (north indian). Aachar and chutneys are really good. There are actually 2 restaurants adjacent with same name so there is confusion but we went to the first from Delhi. Washrooms are also clean.
Aloo pyaaz paranthe.Crowd is less.Must try
Avg taste. Most of the dhabas here in morthal are not as good as they used to be. If we talk about Ahuja no1.. Aalo Parantha cost 65 to 70 and tax extra. Stuffing is good to play hide and seek with aalos inside parantha. I guess only one spoon of aalu was there... And same with gobi parantha. Not a pleasant experience here too.
