Hotel Orlov is an absolute gem. The ambience exudes elegance and warmth, striking a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The service is impeccable--prompt, professional, and consistently attentive. The culinary offerings are equally commendable; every dish we tried reflected both finesse and flavor. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Their courteous demeanor and genuine hospitality make one feel truly welcomed. A special mention must go to Guest Relations Executive Miss Khushi Grover and Dining associate Mr. Chander, whose professionalism and personable approach left a lasting impression. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile significantly enhanced our experience.

Wonderful Hotel and staff especially the front office manager Mr Ravinder who not only helped us in upgrading our room category but also ensured that our stay should be comfortable. One can enjoy the Pool table placed in the bar or can request books for reading that too complimentary. Must say that one can have a relaxing stay after an hectic work day. Keep it up Team Orlov!!

I have stayed at Orlov Panipat for long duration and highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable experience. Rooms are spacious, with good kitchen, very courteous staff . I felt like staying in my home . Good gym , spacious restaurant area , this hotel is located in a very good ambiance- possibly the best place at Panipat . So it's all good , highest possible rating .

Presently I am staying at this property for last few days. The hotel is situated at a very good location, away from the city crowds and traffic, well connected with national highway and other part of the city. Hotel rooms, services and food options are very good. Hotel is equipped with multiple restaurant, banquet, gyms and basement parking facility. Hotel staffs are very helpful and appreciate their overall services.
