King's Haveli

(3 out of 5 stars) I recently visited King's Haveli in Rohtak after hearing a lot about it, and overall, I would say my experience was mixed. There are definitely some good aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved to make the visit more enjoyable. Starting with the positive points, the food was genuinely good. The taste was rich, and the flavors were well-balanced. It felt like the dishes were made with care, and the ingredients were fresh. Whether you are a fan of North Indian cuisine or are just looking for a decent place to enjoy a nice meal with family or friends, the food here won't disappoint. The portion sizes were decent, and the menu had a reasonable variety, covering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The atmosphere was also good. The place had a traditional feel and was calm and comfortable. It's not very noisy or overcrowded, which makes it a suitable spot for family gatherings or small celebrations. The staff was polite and responsive, and the service was on time. We didn't have to wait too long for our order, which added to the positive experience. However, there were a few things that I didn't like, and I believe they deserve attention if the place wants to improve further. Firstly, the interior didn't meet my expectations. For a place that calls itself a "Haveli," I was expecting more traditional or royal decor. Instead, it felt a bit plain and dull. There wasn't much creativity or warmth in the way the interior was done. It lacked the vibrant cultural touch that one usually associates with a haveli-style restaurant. Some traditional artwork or ethnic elements could really enhance the ambience. Secondly, there was no proper space for clicking photos. In today's time, people love to capture memories, especially when visiting new places or dining out with family and friends. A small photo booth or decorated corner for pictures could make a big difference. It's something that many restaurants are doing now, and it definitely adds value to the customer experience. Lastly, the lighting was quite poor during my visit. The place looked a bit dark, and it affected the overall mood. Bright and warm lighting can make a space look more welcoming and cheerful. It can also help people take better pictures, which again ties into the lack of a good photo spot. To sum up, King's Haveli in Rohtak has good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but the interior design, lighting, and lack of a photo-friendly space brought down the experience for me. With a few improvements in decor and ambiance, the place has great potential to stand out in the local dining scene. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, because I would love to come back again and see the changes. For now, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Bad food(expired food). Unhygienic. Poor service. Waiters behaviour is not good they dont even know how to talk to customers. After a point they switched to haryanvi language from Hindi inorder to overpower customer.

Me and my family love a break at this place on way to our hometown. Located at perfect time and place after starting from delhi. Love the Pranthas with butter. Ambiance is nice, toilets clean

We went for breafast and ordered aloo pyaaz paratha, was served stale parathas at first and the waitor said that he will replace it with the fresh ones. But still parathas were in the bad taste. The manager did not take the authority to serve good food. If he doesn't want to do his job well then stay at home. Not at all satusfied with the service and taste.

King's Haveli in Rohtak offers delicious food with a spacious and well-organized setup having separate sections for coffee and dining. Located on NH9 near Rohtak City, it features beautiful architecture and its night views are truly mesmerizing. With both a hotel and restaurant in the same place it's a great spot to visit and enjoy.
