Chai Sutta Bar Sonipat

This restaurant offers amazing fried momos that are simply irresistible. Their tea and simple cold coffee are delightful accompaniments, but be cautious with the Irish cream cold coffee as it tends to be overly sweet. Overall, a decent spot for a satisfying snack, especially if you're a fan of momos.

Food quality and taste is very good but there behaviour and service is very poor. They don't care about customer satisfaction. I suggest you don't go there because of their rude behaviour and poor service. For food I will rate it as 9/10 | But for there behaviour and service 2/10

Mr Nitesh saini owner of , from Chai sutta Bar sounded like an angel......Last week I visited chai sutta bar with 2 of my colleagues for having tea , we have been visiting this place quiet often because of the good tea which they serve . I forgot to carry my hand bag when left from there. Came back home next day while leaving for office I realised my bag was missing & was unable to recollect where did I leave it. I got really anxious as it was having good amount of cash and my gold jewellery. I recieved a call from Mr. Nitesh Saini from Chai Sutta Bar , who revealed it to me that I forgot it yesterday there & the valuables kept in it were intact. I asked him who gave you my contact number. He said he had been striving since yesterday to get this bag handed over to its owner , fetched the camera clipping traced the vehicle number & the finally managed to get car owners details with contact number, through his wisdom & constant effort. He also ensured that it was handed over to a reliable source which was sent by me to collect the same , and confirmed it to me. Mr saini showcased not only honesty, fairness, and transparency by safeguarding visitors' valuables through integrity also effectively used the implemented security measures to protect the belongings. Now ,I know this place and highly recommend Chai Sutta Bar to be a place of great ethical conduct . The Elaichi Chai stole my heart. Loved it. The cold coffee was also great. also the food here is really good.

Their service is very poor. A fly fell in the tea which was already paid order. They did not change it and demanded more money. Also their behaviour towards the customers is very rude and demeaning. Not reccomended at all. Their service is also very sloww.

We have been coming to chai sutta bar for over 2years now. We specifically come for the cold coffee. Last night we ordered two veggie maggy one pasta and a pizza, we realised that the taste and quality have been compromised as compared to the last times. The pasta was too sweet and the spicy sauce in maggy tastes like ketchup which makes it sweet.

Everything else is fine, but MUSIC is too loud. Very irritable to sit and talk comfortably. Atleast 3 tables asked to put the volume down. Owner requested to do something.
