Hotel Chillmore Heights & Family Restaurant

Had lunch at Hotel Chillmore Heights on Manikaran Road. The food was tasty and the view from the place was really nice. However, the experience was affected by poorly trained, elderly staff who seemed confused and slow. The plates were not clean, with a yellowish pale that was off-putting. With better hygiene and more attentive service, this place has the potential to offer a much better dining experience.

This place is one big joke. It plays with all its reviews and feedbacks. Please use trip advisor and all to see how really horrible this place and their staff is. Their food and rooms are terrible. The staff is extremely rude and if you try to complain, they start acting like you're doing it for the discount. I have realised the same in their review section also. I just want to say, your property is in a very nice location, use the feedbacks and improve instead of picturing how wonderful everything is.

This was the worst place in our complete trip. Especially, their food. 1 full plate of Biryani has four tiny pieces and when I asked, why is it so? I was told, humme kya pata, hum cook lag rahe hain kya? And the biryani was completely tasteless. Such a disappointment, I'm not even able to explain.

Every dish felt overpriced for the quality served. Definitely not worth the money or time. Avoid if you love real flavor. Staff also arrogant, old and confused.

We went there for breakfast, do try their methi k parathe. That's the only thing I loved. Chhole is also nice. Don't order lassi, it doesn't taste good. The balcony side restaurant is nice, you can have your food with the view. Need to improve their service. They take too much time. Also need to manage the customers, since you can find certain people especially sardar boys creating nuisance and causing trouble to the other guests.

Have to give one star or else won't let me write review! The food was costly for no reason, it was costier than Bengaluru restaurants! The food was sooo bad, as if they put a bag of pesticides in it. We ordered veg Manchurian and was told it was unavailable. Then the only veg starter thing available was masala papad. The view of the restaurant was amazing but please don't visit here even if you are starving!!

We went to the restaurant for lunch, and to our dismay, we found dead insects in the steamed rice. It made the meal extremely unappetizing, leaving me feeling as if I were eating prison food.

Perfect place...on the way to kasol...copertive staff, delicious food, best location.
