I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The place is unhygienic, especially the restaurant, where mice can be easily spotted. There is no proper staff management, and shockingly, I even found underage staff working there. The so-called hotel manager, Akash, is uneducated and lacks basic hospitality knowledge--how he holds this position is beyond understanding. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and professional environment. This place needs serious improvement and proper oversight.

My experience is that the room service and food of this Hotel is very good, especially the General manager, front office and FMB manager, all the team give importance to every work peacefully, they have the ability to manage the team, and thank you Lufthansa family, you are like a shining star in the hotel world.
