I visited Cheese and Olive Bar, and while the location was premium and had a great aesthetic, the food was a huge letdown. I spent 450 on a chicken burger and 250 on a cold coffee, which is fine for a tourist spot, but the taste was nowhere near worth it. The burger was disappointing, and overall, the food quality just didn't match the price. I didn't try everything on the menu, so I can't speak for all the dishes, but based on what I had, I'd rather go to KFC any day. If you're visiting for the view and ambiance, it's great, but if food is your priority, you might want to look elsewhere.
Cheese and olive has such a calming vibe and their wood fired pizzas are a delight . The crust was perfectly crisp, the flavours felt fresh and comforting, and that subtle smoky touch made it even better . A lovely spot to unwind over good food.
Amazing food with great ambience. Their wood fired pizza is a must try. Most recommended cafe in Dalhousie.
"Super pet-friendly, super delicious food, and just an all-around super nice vibe! The courteous staff guided us all the way to the cafe, making sure we had a great experience. I had a wonderful time with my entire family, including my dear pet, which isn't always possible elsewhere. Highly recommended!"

The place is beautiful with an Italian ambience. The menu was quirky and elaborate. We ordered cold coffee, latte, pizza, Maggie and pita and hummus. Overall the food was decent.
I went there for an evening snack. Had cold coffee with ice cream + Pita with hummus. The staff was kind and brought the food really quickly . Decor was beautiful . It is a little small and not many people can fit in. Would recommend this place . It gets really cold though so carry your sweaters .
Undoubtedly the best cafe in D'housie. Awesome food which you don't get even in standalone High end restaurants. View from the cafe is great. Staff is friendly. Price can be more pocket friendly but then no complaints as the taste and presentation compensates
