The view from this mountain-top restaurant is simply stunning! The ambiance is breathtaking, with majestic mountains as the backdrop. However, the food quality and service fell short of expectations. the service was slow and inattentive. Unfortunately, the view alone isn't enough to make up for the subpar experience. Hopefully, they'll work on elevating their food and service to match the scenery! 3.5/5 stars

I don't usually write negative reviews, but my visit to Bollywood Spices left me genuinely frustrated. While the food was just about average, it was the rude and dismissive attitude of the management that completely ruined the experience. Right from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with cold stares and zero hospitality. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. Any questions about the menu were met with impatience, and even basic requests were handled with sarcasm and visible annoyance. I'm honestly surprised that such poor customer service is allowed to continue. A cafe should be a welcoming space, but Bollywood Spices made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was not just bad service - it was disrespect. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place.

Not recommended if you are coming with the family. It has most to do with the type of crowd it attracts - unruly, drunk, and flaunty--maybe it's their business model, so I do not want to comment on that. Drinks and hookah were served openly. If you have kids with you, exert caution. The washrooms had no water and no light. The light holder was broken, wires hanging loosely. The food was okay but did not justify the price tag. There are better places at the same or even lesser price. Not recommended for families, but may be okay if coming along with friends.

Great Vibes & Delicious Bites! The restaurant nails it with a cozy yet stylish atmosphere--perfect for dates or casual gatherings. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and comfortable seating made the experience relaxing. Tandoori fish,chessy fries we tried was flavorful and well-presented.

Pros: Prices are reasonable. Great location - right off the national highway with scenic mountain views on the other side. Option to bring your own booze is a plus for some. Cons: Food quality is poor - tasteless, half-cooked, and very hard to chew. Cheap and unruly crowd - drinking, smoking, and using hookah even with young children and infants around. Service is very slow due to lack of staff. Cleanliness is a big issue - dirty glasses, tables, and floors create an unhygienic environment.

The food and ambiance were absolutely fantastic! The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was beautiful. The place has a great vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal. The only downside was that the service was quite slow, but the staff was friendly and polite, which made up for it. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!

On kalla Shimla high. It's at a very good location ambiences is good they have multiple places to sit and chill. View is good but the food and drinks not at all good. Food is very expensive also as per the taste, quality and quantity. We tried starter one was fish and another was chilly paneer. And virgin mojito. Nothing was good but expensive.

A visit with my family last week .. food is good except dum allo . Pizza taste is too good but according to price quote expensive , for a small pizza the price is higher. Also the dum allo taste is not good. Overall good. A little device please separate huka and drinks because someone comes with children it doesn't look good . A non drink and huka area should be separated. I came with my 10 month baby , how hooka impacted a little one. Please change the environment.
