Iconic Dhabha on Kalka Shimla highway. Been serving since 46 years. Must try items are their Kali Mirch Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Daal Makhni, Rajma etc. They also serve Beer

Lemon chicken is the star.Rest is average. Methi chicken can also be tried. Tea was hopeless. Home made aachar is always very good. Ambience is ordinary. Washrooms are average. Lemon chicken is again the star. Tandoori chicken is just average, though soft and tender. Paneer pakodas were good and the green chutney. Had today Lemon chicken as always n paneer bhurji. Bhurji was good though i didnt expect it. Today we had lemon chicken, which is always the best, palaak paneer which was good and tea. Tea this time for a change was good. Normally its very strong truck drivers type. Another visit- Lemon. Chicken and Daal makhani were too good. Paneer naan n Missi roti were good too. Another visit- Had daal makhani, garlic naan and saag paneer. Good taste as always of these dishes. Their home made Aachar is always very good and everyone should try it. Paneer kulcha and lemon chicken. Too good

We had their special delicacies Makke Di Roti and Sarsho da saag and Lassi. Its was mouth watering yummy and authentic punjabi. Its on the way to Chandigarh to Shimla. Except for the interiors inside the restaurant, everything was perfect. The rates are also reasonable. We enjoyed our lunch with family.

Rates are too heigh,as quality, quality is good, need to improve

It's an old styled Dhaba but if you are chicken eater then this is your heaven. Super economical and the fastest service. Have simple chicken do pyaza with tandoori roti and then write your reviews. It will leave you, craving for more.

We stopped at Giani Da Dabba on the way to Kasauli. The paratha were amazing! We also ordered tandoori rotis and butter chicken. The butter chicken wasn't too impressive. Too tomatoyi.

I would have given an extremely poor rating if the option was available, as this place fails to meet even the basic standards of the hospitality industry. Here are the reasons: 1. Service: The staff are incredibly rude. While I understand they may be busy, they lack the basic courtesy to take orders politely. One server, in particular, completely ignored us, behaving as if we were asking the Prime Minister for a favor. 2. Cleanliness: The place is filthy. Not only are the washrooms in terrible condition, but the dining area is equally unhygienic. 3. Food: The food tasted good, but the service was appalling. They placed orders on the table as if they were throwing them at us. Advice for the owner: You should visit any dhaba in Murthal to see how to handle crowds, maintain cleanliness, and how their staff treat customers with respect.

I ordered kadai chicken the chicken was not even chewable and i called the waiters 2 times and they were adamant that chicken is fresh also told the girl and old women sitting at the counter and she also replied the same.They dont value your words and customers are fool for them ill never recommend this DHABA ever in my life.
