Rajinder Vaishnav Dhaba

I visited Dharmashala and we were quite hungry after traveling from Mumbai to Amritsar by plane and then Amritsar to Dharmashala by car. This dhaba is situated right in the heart of Dharmashala market. I would say don't go by its size its the best place were we can get delicious food. The food served was fresh and it was not spicy made me feel like I was eating at my home. I was quite amazed, we also ate Veg Momo it was delicious, some of the items are also available in half quantity, so as we were 2 people me and my wife we took half quantity of vegetables and rice. We also drank tea it was really an awesome feeling to have hot tea in this chill climate of Dharmashala. This dhaba is budget dhaba, fully affordable, do visit it!

I wish if i could rate it ZERO. I had high hopes for my order of dal makhni and paneer mutter from Rajinder Vaishnav Dhaba, but I was thoroughly disappointed. Both dishes lacked flavor and tasted bland. The service was equally unsatisfactory, adding to the overall letdown. I won't be returning. OWNER's behaviour was too rude... Didn't even give good num of disposable plates for having food

The smallest of eatery you'll find but what brilliant food. The serving sizes are available in both half and full plates so you don't have to shell out unnecessary money or waste extra food! The staff is prompt, courteous and kind. Service is quick and efficient. Food a good 9/10

We had taken dinner three consecutive days here. yellow arhar dal was very tasty. Butter chapati was not a typical restorant type chapati it was like home made chapati. Management is very good. It is located in heart of Dharmshala city.

Best Indian vegetarian food. They are quick, serves hot and fresh... Most importantly, they are delicious...

Tasty affordable food within main dharmshala market. It's in main market and around 0.5 km from dharmshala bus stop. You can easily stop by and have breakfast or dinner. You won't regret eating too much here as food prepared here is less spicy and oily. Sitting arrangement here is bit cozy but organized well.

Good restaurant serving delicious food quickly. Best thing is they have half plate portion option which is best for avoiding food wastage. Reasonably priced. Don't go by outer look, it is small eatery but worth visiting.

I ate at this restaurant due to the favorable reviews. But I was disappointed. The dal was ok, the rice and chapati were good. But the vegetables were cooked in excessive oil for far too long. All the prana from the vegetables was gone. Instead of satvik, these vegetables were tamasic. If you eat these vegetables, they are harmful.
