The luxurious room with a private pool was beyond expectations -- spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a breathtaking view right from the bed. Waking up to that view every morning was pure bliss. The family pool area was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together, and the DJ evening party added just the right vibe -- fun, lively, and full of energy! It felt like a perfect mix of a peaceful getaway and a vibrant celebration. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the food. Every single meal was a treat to the taste buds -- rich in flavor, freshly prepared, and served with warmth. It felt like every bite was made with love. This place is more than just a stay -- it's an experience. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to escape into luxury, fun, and comfort. Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed in OREN Kasauli twice, once in 2024 and now in May 2025. Simply WOW in terms of Location, Ambience and the view from Hotel Terrace and its rooms. The best part is hospitality and scrumptious Food and Snacks. Rooms are spacious, Neat and Clean. The Couple Owner themselves look after the entire Property & Services which makes it feel like home with sorrounding Nature, fresh Air and Scenic beauty. One can enjoy the Sunset and beautiful evening with light music and Dance on the Terrace. Early morning walks in the nearby vicinity with cool breeze gives a rare experience to have. I'm Sure upcoming Luxury Suits and Swimming Pool will be like Cherry on the Cake. Eagerly waiting for our next Stay here. The entire staff is very well behaved and courteous, Would recommend to come and experience yourself for your next Holiday. Happy Holiday :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Oren in Kasauli with my family, and it was an experience to remember! The location is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning hill views that truly take your breath away. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was not only delicious but prepared with great care. The variety and quality of dishes were top-notch, and we looked forward to every meal! Running a Pure Veg restaurant that too in a tourist spot is a difficult task itself. From the valet staff to the owner of the hotel, everyone was so humble and attentive. It was truly heartwarming to experience such genuine hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Alok Mittal for his exceptional courtesy and for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I highly recommend Hotel Oren to anyone visiting Kasauli. I can't wait to return for another relaxing stay!

I have booked this property for weekend relaxation but i was very disappointed by the entire team of oren. First of all restaurant was closed due to renovation. They have only option to serve food in room. Then later I ordered sweet dish but even after calling for more than hour they don't send . Next morning they again tell same reason. Next morning buffet was also started very late almost after 9 Am. With same reason. Extremely disappointment was due to jacuzzi |I have booked this expensive room only because of jacuzzi. But after calling again and again it will not work. I feel that i have wasted my money. And I have checked out without using jacuzzi. |Plus point is Mr Sanjeev at reception is very good person with good nature but I can't understand how he doesn't manage it |At last owner of this property also meet us. We tell all the problems that we faced. She feels sry for all and promises that next time all issues will be solved

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful resort, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The jacuzzi room was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of privacy and comfort. The jacuzzi itself was a fantastic way to relax and unwind after a long day. My family enjoyed serene atmosphere, and wonderful amenities. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our daughter, Omyrah enjoyed a lot with their daughter Manya which made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat to recharge and enjoy some quality family time, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful, memorable & relaxing getaway!

Had a great stay at Hotel Oren. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property has nice open space to relax. The food was really good, especially the breakfast with a lot of variety. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay and front desk staff for their courteous service - they really went out of their way to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and pleasant experience.!

A perfect family getaway! Peaceful location, clean rooms, good food, and courteous staff. Well-maintained property with a relaxing vibe. Highly recommended for a short escape to the hills.

Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. Check-in was slow and cumbersome, staff seemed unresponsive to requests. I had to call twice or thrice for every little thing. The amenities promised didn't match the reality. Given the price point, better service was expected. Hopefully, they'll address these concerns, but until then, potential guests should be aware.
