Hotel Paras and Restaurant-Best Hotel/Family Restaurant in Mandi

The worst hotel in hospitality services, need to wait for longer time window for placing orders though hardly few customers in the hotel. Fod was hopeless and of no taste. Price is not worth the food served. Street food is much far better than the food was served.would never recommend for families.

I recently discovered this North Indian restaurant while searching for a vegetarian dining option. Not only does it serve delightful Indian and Chinese vegetarian dishes, but it also offers the convenience of free roadside parking, their staff is friendly and the food is tasty too. The staff at this establishment is polite and helpful, ensuring that you make the perfect food choices. While the restaurant could do better with cleanliness in certain areas, the restrooms were found to be clean and well-maintained. It's worth mentioning that the menu card could benefit from a renewal, as it may be outdated. Despite these minor areas for improvement, the exceptional quality of both the food and service makes this restaurant a must-visit. It's a must for vegetarians if you're in Mandi.

A few days ago, we stayed at this hotel, and the behavior of one of the cooks was very bad. I shared his photo, and he was rude, used offensive language after drinking, and I didn't complain to the police because I didn't want any issues. It's a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff. The hotel lacks proper cleanliness and is not family-friendly. Please avoid it. I also complained to the owner, and it was a significant experience with this hotel.

Visited Paras Restaurant on 16 th May at around 3 pm. For more than 20 min we were waiting for the order to be placed.Ordered Veg Biryani that tasted more like Pulao or Masala rice.Did not serve any Raita or Papad.Veg Manchurian made in Tomato sauce and tasted very tangy.Unprofessionally managed restaurant.
