Hotel B4U - Best Hotels & Restaurant in Mandi Himachal Pradesh

Very disappointed with the food quality and service. Even basic items like tissue paper are provided in the most minimal quantity--just one piece per plate. The management seems overly focused on micro-level cost-cutting, which affects the overall experience. We ordered aloo paratha priced at 80, but surprisingly, curd or butter wasn't included. These had to be purchased separately, which is quite unreasonable given the already high pricing. Overall, the experience felt overpriced and unsatisfactory. Poor value for money, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We went here for lunch, the menu is small and most of the items are not served. Food tastes average. The washrooms are decent and parking is spacious. There is an EV charging station operated by Adani Electricity.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the quality of the bed, which was decent. Beyond that, it was a horrible experience. The staff was highly unprofessional and inattentive. We were served stale food for dinner, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the freezing winter, and despite multiple requests, the staff ignored us. We had informed the staff the night before about our early departure, along with the timing and order for breakfast. Yet in the morning, they started shouting at us, claiming we hadn't informed them. This rude behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. While the property might look good at first glance, the service and management make it a complete nightmare. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Taste and quality is very bad , over the top prices are too much according to the food. And let's talk about the service , if there is negative I will give that. Please try some other restaurant.

Very bad restaurant. Please, has anyone been here? Everyone who has been here has a very bad bathroom. The toilet and bed are all left unwashed. They behave very rudely. The staff is very bad at their job. My warning is that no one should go to this restaurant or hostel.

With family, I had dinner at this place. The service from the staff was so ignorant that people working there hardly care. 1. Washrooms were so unclean that it was worst then the public toilets 2. Same conditions were of wash basins also. 3. The service during dinner was so worse. Water was served after done with dinner. No complimentary salad was given. 4. Staff behaviour was also not good. They have provided such services to local, can't imagine how they will be serving to tourists who are either having food or taking room there! With my personal experience, not at all recommended to anyone!

Really worst and bad behavior . They will give only one towel and one soap for one room , That owner lady behavior like .. millianair . Once you stayed over here no one will come back again .. if are planning to stay please search some other good hotel . This is my second all india trip no one behave like this .. i dont know why you guys behaving like .. without us you are nothing .. this my honest and real review . Please that owner lady behaviour I never seen in my lifetime

So expensive for such gross food. Such a big restaurant but they can't even manage two washrooms. So many flies. The receptionist is very rude.
