Barista Hotel and Restaurant

Bought coffee at Barista today, and the sugar they gave was completely kharab--moist and clumpy. When I mentioned it, the waiter mocked me saying 'brown sugar is like this.' Unacceptable customer service. #Barista #CustomerServiceFail"

I think 1 star is more for this hotel. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic. No water in washroom. Receptionist and staff were very rude and abusive. They did not allow to roam outside the hotel at night. We were not supposed to talk loudly inside the room. It felt like a jail. We checked in late at night so did not have any option but to stay. A big no to this hotel.

This hotel is worst.. They didn't deserve one star at all, Those tour agency who provide this hotel they also fraud ( journey himalayan travel company chandigarh) .. The owner is very, rude, offensive and a cheater.. Room was dirty, they deliberately cut off the electricity.. Worst experience ever..

Worst experience ever experienced in hotel.Hotel staff is not at all supporting,my buddy was sick due to food poisoning in night,we were not allowed to go outside as well as no primary treatment were provided. Also asked to me if went outside not allowed to go inside

Very poor hygiene, not allowed to go outside after 10 pm. Owner was drunk and abusive and treated us so badly. Never book room in this hotel.
