Shandar, after such a long wait, finally a good taste and quality arrived in the city, full stars to genuine owners and polite behaviour while serving.
I placed an order for Aloo pyaz stuffed kulcha with Chole. And I am extremely unsatisfied with the order. Tried contacting the restaurant, I spoke to the receptionist. First of all, the way a customer should be treated and heard was something which amazed me. She was not in the mood to listen and was extremely rude. She did not let me convey, I had to stop her midway and put my point. This just reflects the inability to take a negative feedback. I did not want to redeem anything, just wanted to convey my point, and asked her to just receive the feedback. She cut the call without even hearing the entire point. In addition to that, not even for once did I hear an apology. It was simply being nonchalant with a customer who is giving a feedback. The chole were terrible, I ordered for quite some people and all of them left it. One person can be wrong, but 6-7 people can't be wrong. Very poor customer grievance handling, and I will spread the word as a customer. The staff is not at all professional , and the food is highly disappointing. Kindly do not go by the ratings. I have not had such a terrible experience uptil now.
Very poor service and poor hygiene. Found two hairs in my servings. But their reaction was like chote se to bal hain..
Delicious Afghani Chaap, we requested less spicy and they specially made for us a non spicy and super flavorful chaap. The dish is presented very well. Thank you :)
This has become our go to restaurant specially for sunday brunches..their stuffed kulcha and chhole bhature are to die for..love their soya chaap and other snacks as well
Food quality is not good... overpriced h us hisab ki quality bhi nahi hai... tried for the first time and really disappointed...
Chhole was bland, they need to work on that Service is quite low Aloo Kulcha & 1.5 ft Kulcha, these two were very good
I ordered one malai paneer and gravy chap. Malai paneer test was little sour why? And gravy also not good.
